I see all these raving reviews about Yuchen and I am honestly surprised. We had an awful interaction with Yuchen over the phone and will not be contacting him to have our water heater replaced at our primary and rental properties. It's a shame that he's an operations manager and does not understand the way to address his customers and communicate in a respectful manner. Guys like Yuchen forget to comprehend they are not the only suppliers for water heaters in Ontario and companies that are certified. If you want a water heater, I would recommend looking elsewhere to spare yourself the disrespect in dealing with an awful and disrespectful sales person like Yuchen.

Great job on our duct cleaning and sanitizing, Jason and Alex two wonderful young men who were courteous and hard working and answered all my questions. Yucheng the supervisor stopped by to check everything was satisfactory and I told him when I need this done again they will be the company I select.Thank you

I moved in to a home where 4 people smoked 2 packs of cigarettes for approximately 7 years. The place was unbearable to be in for any length of time. Alex came in to do the duct cleaning. The before and after pictures were remarkable. It was a transformation beyond my expectations! The smell of smoke is gone!The customer service is excellent. The duct cleaning is excellent! I would highly recommend this company.

I got the duct cleaning services done today. The technicians arrived on time, were very professional and courteous. They took off their shoes at the door and protected my walls’ corners where the suction hose was running. Alex explained what he is going to do. I am happy with the capabilities of equipment used and the work done. He showed me photos of the main duct before and after. Thank you Glen, Alex and Home Depot.

It was very satisfying when Yuchen and his team members installed a water heater. They arrived on time and set it up very professionally and explained about it kindly. And 2 months later, they effectively cleaned the ducts with the latest equipment and took about 40 minutes. Be honest with the customer at a reasonable price. I will no doubt ask them to clean the ducts next time.

We had our rental water heater replaced with a new Rheem water heater that we would own. The service was very quick and efficient. They installed new venting to code. There were some vibration issues from the venting motor after installation. Yuchen came out to the house with a technician and they quickly resolved the issue. The venting is nice and quiet now. Very happy with my new unit, the installation and excellent service. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to replace their water heater with a new efficient model. Well done Yuchen!

We recently had our on demand water heater replaced by Steam Dry Canada. Yuchen and Jason did an awesome job replacing our old unit with a new Navien system. They ran into a few problems with the install but were very professional and reworked the system and stayed till it was done that day. We are very happy with the unit and appreciate all the extra work they did for us. Very happy to have hot water again.

Yu Chen and his assistant did an excellent job replacing our rental water heater with a Rheem water heater. They updated our gas connection to the water heater to meet current building code requirements. They were professional and friendly. They answered all of my questions that I had. I highly recommend them for their services
