Top notch service. Robin was very accommodating, adapting to changing requirements and requests. Would definitely recommend.

We hire Concrete Inc. for a couple of projects. We found it extremely hard to communicate with them. The huge concern for us was that they would add charges over and above the estimate they provided on the day of installation on both projects. These extra charges were not disclosed to us before they arrived on the installation date despite the fact they came to our locations to view the job prior to providing us with the written estimates. When we complained to them about these extra charges which were quite a bit of money the service representative as well as the owner or manger was very rude and could not care a less. We regret ever using them and wish we would have chosen one of the other companies in Edmonton that provides prefabricated products. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience with this company. I needed to replace my parents crumbling step and had no idea what to do. The first 2 companies I called were hard to deal with and unwilling to spend anytime answering my questions. The sales people at Concrete Inc were patient, knowledgeable & efficient. They made me feel a lot more comfortable tackling something that I was scared to handle and the step looks fantastic. I would totally recommend them to anyone :)

I had a great experience here! I needed to replace my steps and I was recommended to try this company. The service I received was great! They were very helpful over the phone and explained all my options. They quoted me a price which was quite a bit lower than I honestly expected to pay which was nice. They were very quick and professional which impressed me but the reason I rate them a 5 star is definatly in the quality of their work! The craftsmanship is superb and I have had many people comment on my steps since they installed them! Thanks Concrete Inc, I am definatly recommending you to others and I hope to be able to use you in the future. Great Job!!!!

Great Service, Great Price! I had Hunter Concrete help me with some residential sidewalks and stairs. They were reliable, hardworking and right on budget. Highly recommend them.

It would be nice if they knew how to pay their employees.

Used this company for 3 house builds. Had concrete window wells installed. The first time they were great. The second time pretty good but it has been a year since they installed a well and broke the side off and said they will repair it. The third time I used them I got the runaround on install dates, no paperwork, lots of promises but no delivery. Been waiting 3 weeks from the time they said it would be installed and every time I call the answer is tomorrow or give us a day or 2.

The cement is smooth and strong. The company was professional and reliable. They were willing to reschedule my concrete as I needed. I will definitely book them again for my next concrete project.Highly Recommended...
