Be careful when working with this company. We purchased a new condo and they handled the correspondence between us and the builder for warranty issues with our unit . We ran into a warranty issue with our air conditioning furnace unit. The HVAC company's technicians in person told us the builder would want to make a decision to fix it by cutting a hole in our new closet door because it's the cheapest but the proper way to avoid costs in the future would be another way. That fix was suggested and when we demanded it be fixed properly, the builder refused and now we have to go through new home warranty and our home insurance to try and get our issue resolved. Instead of talking directly to the builder, they acted as a third party correspondence and it made it even more of a frustrating process.
