Great selection of Cat trees, unfortunately being a Pet Value member means I only get the 10% discount if I'm able to come back on the last Thursday of each month. Almost spent $200 today. Will try to make it back there on that one particular day you offer a discount. Will shop the competition until then. 5 star service, very friendly staff

New location is beautiful and the Pet baths are WONDERFUL to use. The set up is well thought out and everything you need is in reach (shampoo, towels, dry apron, water, dryer) and they have even put a gate up giving you and your pet a little freedom knowing your pet won't run off into the store .The only feedback we would like to give would be regarding the dryers. It would be nice to have the option to have warm (not hot). Our girl doesn't do well with cold air so we were unable to dry her all the way before leaving. Keep up the awesomeness:)
