Our experience with Temprite was first class from our first in home visit by one of their employees, right up to the installation of the equipment. They were great communicators, sharing when their technicians would be on site at our house and actually showing up when they said they would. Their people were friendly, respectful and always had time for one more question. During installation they wore covers on their shoes or removed their footwear when coming inside. There was pride in their workmanship, which is often not seen today, especially in the trades, and the site was left as clean if not cleaner than when they started their job. Upon completion of installation we were given a non-rushed tutorial on how everything worked and encouraged to ask questions. Given the opportunity we would definitely use their services again and would whole heartedly recommend them.

Temprite has been really great, from the initial install experience of our heat pump and for subsequent maintenance. They really do a top notch job and their technicians are very skilled and personable. Getting this mini split heat pump was one of the best decisions we have made for our home. Very comfortable heating and cooling and super quiet. Saved us $$$$ too which is always good. Highly recommend Temprite and their team.

We recently had a heat pump installed by Temprite. The installers were very professional and arrived when they indicated they would. Their staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They answered all our questions with smiles on their faces. They patiently explained to my elderly parents how to use the remotes for their rooms.I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Absolutely amazing experience with this company. The customer service was exceptional. The crew was so courteous and kind, even offered to screw the vents back in by hand rather than with a drill because my kids were napping. Will definitely be calling for them for all our future needs.

This company is the best! From the office staff, initial quote visit to the job installation - you know you are in good hands. The job crew are courteous and take the time to answer any and all questions. They are careful while working and after job completion, the job site is cleaned up.

The installation team was top notch. Sarah, Tristan, Dean and Mat were all amazing. I was so pleasantly surprised at how friendly, considerate, and professional they all were. The Tech was very conscious about keeping quite and unobtrusive while in our home, especially in keeping mindful going in and out with our cat. He explained the problem with the unit being 18 yrs old and was deteriorating and at best to be replaced.He further said that he would send us the cost of repair and to replace. Also to send a rep to go over government rebates etc. assist in the cost of a new unit. We would appreciate that this could be handled as quickly as possible especially with this intense hot weather we are experiencing.Thank-youChris Burton

Took care to cover their shoes when moving from outside to inside, were as quiet as possible, informed us of the activities and the estimated time of completion was bang on.Based on our experience we would recommend this company.One item I would like to see improved is communication from the office to let us know what time to expect the team to arrive.
