Chit Chats

After nearly 6 months dealing with Chitchat now I have a different view.1- For USA shipping the prices are reasonable but the problem they are opening the packages to check it and if they find there is no problem just they will close it again with a cheap tape after cutting it and I had to refund 3 customers because they received the items with missing parts and 4 times because they received the package open or not closed properly. I informed the person in Chitchat about all that and the have to repackage the item with an proper envelope or box instead of the one they cut it. I never had any opened packages with any carriers during the last 10 years. So what I saved with Chitchat I payed back as a refund for the customers.2- For Canada shipping the prices is less than Canada Post ( couple $) but if you have a returned item you need to pay again to receive it back.3- The customer service is doing a good job and answering all your questions.4- They have more offices now.I was dealing with Chitchat for 100% of my shipping but now only 25 %.Thanks.

Emily was very helpful today. I put the wrong address on a parcel and had already dropped them off. She was able to hunt down the parcel for me when I realized my mistake hours later, and help me fix the address. Always friendly service and their costs are significantly cheaper than Canada Post to the US and international.

Chit chats has been integral for my side hustle. I can now compete with other sellers online! Emily has been stellar in every interaction we have had. She has actually saved my butt at least twice minimizing the impact my newbie mistakes. I can't recommend chit chats highly enough!

Where do i begin, the service here has gone from great to terrible over the course of about a month. Having completed 100+ deliveries something has gone terribly wrong with management here. In the course of one month, ive had three packages go missing, one was opened, with the contents being lost, and two others have gone missing. The branches have unreliable hours and have closed without any notice to the customers. Over the past two weeks I've showed up twice to find the branch closed, and being forced to drive to the other end of town. They used to provide status updates on the branches but that's gone silent. I have grown to be quite unhappy with chit chats and their service. With CPC now offering cheap shipping on small parcels I think I will be making the switch back there. Sorry chit chats - you guys need to get back in order

The lady servicing at the Ottawa’s location was incredibly helpful and nice. She printed the label for me and explained the process to me. The location is a bit far but the shipping fee is way less more expensive than Canada Post. Very convenient for small business owner.
