I am so pleased with the service I received from Alex and Sid at the coquitlam centre location. They were so lovely, accommodating and knowledgeable. They were engaging with my toddler and he had a blast smelling and exploring the products. We will have A birthday party here for sureThanks. Love the bath bombs !!

What a wonderful experience we had at the Coquitlam location today! Mimi and Alex put on such a great party for our daughter who turned 12. They went out of their way to accommodate my daughter’s ideas and tailored the morning for her “vibes”. The staff led the group of (spirited) young ladies through the bath-bomb making workshop, activities and games, took photos for us when we popped out and put together the cutest gift bags for the party.Memories were made and we so appreciate the effort and energy to making this a special birthday for our girl ❤️. We held my son's 14th birthday at Lush and the staff couldn't have been more fantastic. Special shout out to Sarah, Mimi and Sid who were absolutely amazing with the kids and me. My son had so much fun. We all did. They catered the games to my son's age group and interests and were so kind. The gift bags the kids got were very nice and they even included one for me.If you're looking to host a birthday for tweens or teens, Lush is the perfect place. The kids will have so much fun trying on products, learning about them and then making their own bath products.I can't recommend Lush enough. Thank you again, Sid, Mimi and Sarah for making my son's birthday so special.

I cant say enough good things about this company in general. I love how things are handmade and you don't have to worry about chemicals being seeped into your skin.The Coquitlam Centre location is newly situated and its large! First off, the people that work there are so sweet and attentive. My hair has been falling out and a nice gentle man helped me find the right products. In addition to this, he made me several samples to take home and try. I love how they claim not to be prescriptive because they truly were not with me.Oh, and I was introduced to a citrus bathbomb and I cant wait to use it.

Another fantastic experience at my local Lush. Their staff are just authentic, genuine nice folks. Lush also does a great job at training and hiring thr right folks. Personable, helpful, no pushy, listen to what you are looking for. Sara(h) who helped me today was great. She helped me pick out a few things for me and a much needed girls weekend. Plus, love Lush's products - very high quality. The products are always fantastic but it's really the customer service that makes the experience so positive and memorable. This local in particular is fantasticly consistent and consistently fantastic.Thanks Sara(h) and Lush! Very happy return customer who will keep returning.

Best Lush branch I have visited by far! They have a very extensive selection and wide product range. As with all their locations, the staff are super friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable.Lush is a fantastic company with great morales, ethics and influence for working to preserve our beautiful planet which is why I will always be a loyal customer of theirs.I also love the fact that Lush recycle all plastic tubs, as well as reward and incentivize with a free face mask when returning five tubs!

5 stars to the products but terrible experience with the woman at checkout. The rudest racist person I’ve seen at the mall. Didn’t greet me at all. When I asked a question if their tray is for sale at all she treated me like I was an idiot. At check out, she remained completely silent but suddenly flipped her happy face on right away to some young white girls saying “how are you guys doing?” in the middle of helping me. Unbelievable. I hope if store managers see this feedback, please seriously review this person. She seems the only one works here today: 16pm on Jan 20th. Black curly long hair, full body, middle age. Too bad I didn’t pay attention to her name tag before I left otherwise I would definitely raise a complaint.

Me and my girlfriend Sam went for our semiannual Lush restock and the employee Ruva (hope I spelled it correctly) did a wonderful job assisting, recommending, and guiding us to our desired products.
