The worst and most unprofessional service I have ever had to experience in spite of how small and insignificant it was to simply measure, cut and install a bathroom vanity.We show up to their facility and even though their online presence comes across a very professional and well put together, you can tell that it is only a façade. The office is dirty, the guy at the front desk, who seems to be the son of the owner, has no idea how to manage and handle things.After choosing the stone we wanted, we paid a deposit and then a person was supposed to come by to take measures and template the bathroom vanity but that didn't happen in week 1, 2, 3 or 4, even though I kept calling sometimes more than once a day to only hear that the owner was going toc all me back with an estimate of when the template people were able to drop in. He never ever called back and I never heard back from the folks who were supposed to drop in to template the space until a day after I had gone to get my money back.Pro Stone, made me lose a lot of time and I wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business because they don't seem to want to work at all.I would encourage anyone to go find any other provider.

Ordered a brand new granite counter top with sink from Pro Stone recently. Staff and owner were friendly, however after installation, I notice a defect or some sort of attempted repair in the stone . After calling and sending emails and pictures, I finally got the owner who sent somebody out. Unfortunately the person tried to scrap and buff the problem which made it worse . I believe u should get what u paid for . If the issue cannot repair , I should have at least got some money refunded. I’m not happy . That spot on the countertop looks awful .

My worst ordering experience ever in my whole life, I have never seen such a irresponsible contractor like Pro-Stone!!They supposed to make and install my quartz countertop within 2-3 weeks after final measurement, no call after 3 weeks letting me know that is not ready, I called ,left messages but no call me back!! finally he(Bal) called me a week later and said installer will come next week(5 weeks so far), can't believe my eyes, after 5 weeks they brought wrong stone, when I called him he said this is similar and if you want to get what you chose you have to pay extra!!I sent him the picture of what we chose and what he sent and finally he accepted that is wrong, looks like never see the contract what I order and never know what he prepared!!He said I do my best to prepare the right one in one week, yes again after one week no call from him, My son went there to get an exact day of delivery, he said I can't give you a date and finally he returned my deposit(50% of the deal)!!!After 6 week not having sink in my kitchen I had to go and find another company!!! Not even say sorry ....looks like it's very normal to him!I should have known seeing his disorganized office at first!!

Before Covid my husband and I went into Pro Stone to purchase a couple countertops for our kitchen. One of the countertops needed was a small corner area. When measuring our corner, unbeknownst to us the installer decided to break down what had once been a single piece into two smaller ones. Months later when the countertops were delivered we noticed what he had done. Upset, we called the owner (who to his credit) acknowledged that he was not sure why the installer had done that, but he assured us it would be fine. It was not... the countertop was cut too big and needed to be downsized. Instead of cutting the outer edges the installer choose to cut the joining seam, which became a problem because the seam was not straight they had done a special curve." Needless to say the seam could not be matched up and was now one big mess. The installer tried rectify it by caulking it down the middle. He assured us that the big white line down our countertop was quite visible only because the caulking had not dried

It was an Anniversary gift and second time using Pro Stone. They gave us a great price and their sales team from the owner to the installers all worked together. We weren't sure when the work would be completed but sure enough the owner called the night before and said it would be done the next day on the 25th. Whether he remembered or not, having our new granite kitchen counters made it even more special. We will always recommend this company to our friends and family.Judy & Chris, Bowmanville

After a few years of them installing my granite countertop and sink notice that my kitchen sink started to drop and now has a wide gap were water can sip through. It was bad workmanship according to an expert i had check it out. In addition when I left messages to the company to explain my situation and if something g can be done nobody was returning my call even called manager Bal Siva. Their excuse was oh he is busy he will call you eventually. Weeks later still waiting for call. Just totally unprofessional company and I have dealt with many companies over the years. Worst customer service. I don't usually write reviews but I was impelled to on this occasion because of the level of service.

used ProStone for a kitchen install about 3 years ago. At that time very pleased with everything. A couple minor hiccups but nothing big. Went back a few months ago to talk to them about a kitchen counter in a new house. Apparently the entire sales staff has changed over. That's too bad. The one we dealt with this latest time was terrible. Told me to calm down" when I was asking to speak to a manager about the discrepancy in pricing on their paper price list vs. what was marked on the slab. We walked out. Won't go back again."

Felt compelled to post this after seeing recent reviews. We have had 6+ successful interactions with ProStone dating back to 2010. Unsure what has happened recently..but this is no longer a professional or reliable business. We made an appointment in December '22 to pick out stone for a fireplace hearth. Interaction was less than professional but we found stone we liked and placed a 50% deposit. Expected a call within two weeks to schedule the measurement. Weeks went by and we heard nothing so I called numerous times, left voicemails...no response. I went back in person and was told that they lost the paperwork but then found it while I was waiting there. They told me someone would be out the next day (Sunday), so I stayed home and waited. No one showed up! Weeks went by again where I called, left voicemails and no one called me back. We went back in person again (this is now March '23) and found the front door locked. We went to the warehouse and were able to find someone. The person we had been dealing with (Bal) was off but this person was able to find our paperwork (again), wrote down *Rush* on it and said someone would be out the following week to measure. It is now April...more than 5 months since we first picked out our stone and we are no further ahead. Hopefully I will have better luck getting my deposit back then I have had in anyone returning my calls or showing up! This business is a joke...do not waste your time or your money.

Considering that we’re in a pandemic Pro Stone has a great selection of stone to choose from. We thought we knew what we wanted but after talking with Bal, it was obvious we were about to make a big expensive mistake. We ended up with a fantastic kitchen countertop and despite our fears, the join they had to do is hardly noticeable. Great job everyone, amazing.

We recently had the experience of dealing with Pro Stone for our kitchen counter tops and back splash (granite & porcelain) . We appreciated the patient courteous service offered by Bal and were more impressed with the workmanship and application of the product once installed in our home. It was convenient to have the fabricator and stone all under one roof. The work was completed in a timely fashion this June. Thank you very much Pro Stone (Bal)!
