They need more representatives on the floor. Two isn't enough. It were a little slow. My sizes in most of the shoes I liked were gone

Absolute trash retailer... The manager of this store is just as bad.I've spoken to 8 people about a damaged shoe and not a single one of them seems able or willing to help. Just buy your shoes at literally any other store and save yourself the headache.Customer support sent me to this store to exchange a pair of defective shoes under warranty.The manager makes me wait for 20 minutes while she presumably finishes her lunch in the backstore. Then she just tells me she can't help me. Then she confirms that there's an obvious defect. Then she tells me again she won't help me because I've worn them. Then she tells me the warranty typically covers this type of damage. Then again tells me she still won't exchange or credit them though. What?I asked for her business card so I can confirm to customer support that I did what they asked me to. She straight up refused to give me her first name. As if I asked for her banking info...Would give a 0/5 if I could.

Terribly understaffed and rude. Dont even acknowledge you're standing there and when you ask them, can you help they give a rude response back. Company should take accountability and have more staff at the store. 30 customers in store and only 3 girls working. Mainly in the stock room and not shop floor. Pathetic

Worst store with the most useless and miserable manager. For those interested in learning how to run a business, visit the store to learn about how to run one straight into the ground. Genuinely hard to fathom a level of customer service this abysmal. Don't waste your oxygen on corporate either.

I wish I read the reviews before I purchased on this store.Today I went to the store and one girl assisted me with unfriendly face. Sorry to mention the race without being racist (she's a black girl). I just ignored her attitude and purchased the shoes with a shoes insole (shoes foam) right away. But then after I paid, she said the store doesn't have a bag.And since I went there with my toddler, I dropped my shoes insole inside of the store without my knowing (and I LOST IT!)Imagine for those customers whom bought more than one pair of shoes. How could they bring the shoes box everywhere inside of the mall? And how about the customer like me whom went to mall with a toddler? One is holding his hand and one carry the box (and at the end I lost what I bought).You supposed to prepare the bag for your customer! Do restock before its done! Do a good management for your store!Carrefour Laval is a good mall. I thought the stores inside are good and trustable. But I was wrong!If you don't want to spend more expenses on the bag for your customer, then its better to charge the bag rather than leave your customers without a bag! Your store is a shoes store inside of the mall which sells a big enough dimension stuff that you cannot carry everywhere inside of the mall without a bag!!!

Horrible service. Waited in line outside for 20 minutes while there were only 2 shoppers in the store. When they finally came to the door they said if you don't know exactly what you want you can't come in, we close in 5 minutes. They had seen us waiting and couldn't care less. The previous time I was in this store both employees were behind the cash doing nothing and rolled their eyes at me when I asked if someone could help. Don't bother shopping here, they don't want your business. Even after being closed for almost 3 months they obviously don't care and won't last long if they treat people this way.
