I can't thank the whole staff here enough! They bend over backwards to get me what I need. I have an electric wheelchair and can only walk a few steps. They always are happy to help me and help me transfer to another chair.Only go to the one on De Maisoneuve. The one in the west island refuses to help you or order what you need. They forced a friend of mine in her 80's to walk unassisted, and she fell and nearly broke her hip!!!!The location where I go is great! I've been dealing with them for 10 years. The washrooms are so big I can easily fit with my chair. Have never had an issue, and they're always willing to fit me in.

Very ableist organization that needs to get with the current science. They do not care if you cannot walk and do not offer any physical therapy or other therapies for scoliosis, herniated discs, etc.-- they just want to focus on your feelings. They actually ignored my request for help with my physical injuries but called repeatedly to ask about my feelings.They also have no knowledge of ME/CFS and they think someone with that condition can go to their group meetings 4x a week for several hours a day, if I could sit in meetings for hours then I'd go back to work and not waste time talking about my feelings.

Mon conjoint a eu besoin des services de l'orthésiste, nous avons eu un service super. Au deuxième rendez-vous en plus de récupérer l'orthése elle avait même prit la peine de lui faire venir 4paires de souliers pour essayer avec son orthèse. Merci pour votre gentillesse et votre écoute.

The professionals were very accommodating and helpful in the TBI department. The only person i would avoid if possible is Valerie Leclusse (neuropsychologist) who has a two dimensional understanding of the issue at hand and has a strong confirmation bias which can impede progress due to the weight she holds in team decisions. She is otherwise a nice person. Otherwise try to ask for Sara Belanger who is excellent at getting to the bottom of things in a professional manner.Happy recovery!

Does the technical aid department ever return voicemails? I called yesterday; I need to make an appointment for repairs to my motorized wheelchair. Until I do that, I'm stuck in my house.I have been a client here since 1997, the service used to be amazing! I would call in the morning, leave a message and get a response later that day or the next day. I Don't know what has happened recently. The only way they seem to return calls is if you hound them until they do. What has happened to your service? Does anybody care about clients anymore?

Shipping and receiving staff zleaves much to be desired. I arrived at 12:02pm for a delivery and they guy told me i had to wait to wait till 1:00pm. If he had time to tell me to wait he had time to sign for 3 boxes.
