There should be a 0 star available on this subway. I eat everyday at subway at different locations due to my travelling work. The individual working here is inconsiderate and modest . The app showed no option for chicken teriyaki on footlong at this location however they were serving it in location and neither they had italian herb and cheese bread. I ordered for oven roasted sandwiches and told the person that there was no choice for chicken teriyaki and I generally get that so on the off chance that he can give me that rather and charge extra yet he was discourteous and said you might have requested it rather on the app. I showed him the app and then he said its all about head office that there is no chicken teriyaki for there location in the app though there are serving in person. Furthermore, the serving size was very less then what I normally get at other location. Will never visit this location again. They are 0 at customer service and 0 at keeping up notoriety of a decent brand

There should be a 0 star option because I have food poisoning because of them. I came in just before closing, they didn’t have smashed avocado like they advertised, nor did they have orange cheese, spinach, or Italian herbs and cheese bread. I ate half of the sandwich that night and threw up all day the next day. Never go to this one, I certainly won’t be returning.

I want to inform all of you that this location staff is so unprofessional .I randomly chose the toppings online and ask that lady to make my sandwitch in person according to my toppings .But healthy lady with glasses refuse to make according to my toppings .She told she will make my sandwitch according my online randomly chosen toppings even after i told her i chose randomly i want to make it by my selected toppings but still she refused.I mean what was the problem.Owner has to look into it and train the employees in professional way and how to greet customers.After all this she made my sandwitch like the below photo ,which taste like burnt .I am very disappointed.Will never do the mistake again to go this location.

Every Subway prepares and serves food their own way, and that has always been a negative thing of the franchise, but on this branch, the worker prepare the rice bowls terrible. Is like when you feel they picked on you for no reason and everything is done with a lazy attitude.Only added few rice, it was a lettuce bowl, as the rice was less than we've had in many other branches, and we had to beg her for the avocado and cheese (included in the recipe)... and not cheapAwful experience in this place

No spinach???? This is not the first place...cause it's expensive, but I dont eat Lettuce so what going to be in this sub...going to feel like eating bread. Subway should crackdown on this

Revising my review because this location has improved a lot. There's this one guy who works there that is FANTASTIC at his job and seems to be the backbone of the store. Never have I had a subway sandwich that's as good as when he makes it, this man has golden hands. Even his presence seems to make the other employees make great sandwiches. That being said, it's still a subway. Not the best fast food, but hey it's a really decent store compared to the other trash heap subways I've been to.--------------------------------Sometimes the sandwich artist is amazing, they know what they're doing. Sometimes they only put 2 pickle slices on your footlong and when you ask for more they say I won't be able to close the sandwich." Really? Putting more than 2 slices of pickle will make it impossible to close the sandwich?It's gotten to the point where if I walk in and I see certain employees

I asked for the chicken rice bowl with grilled chicken instead of teriyaki chicken. The girl told me “we dont do that” , i have gotten that exact order almost every week for the past month but this girl with customer service skills of a hamster would not explain why she cant make me a salad with grilled chicken on it
