HORRIBLE customer service. Rude and tend to block people’s drive ways with no prior notice nor have the ability to communicate in a nice way when asked to move out of the way for a second in order for me to get out of my own drive way. Called the company and was hanged up on. I dont think there is any business that should exist with the way you force your way on to everyone, specially when cleary explained it is an emergency and i have to leave my house”even though its non of your business to know that. PS.Look at other reviews for the company in other places such as “yellow pages” the 1 star review seems like a common thing. Doent matter if you know how to do a job or not, customer service is a big part of your responsibility and you all clearly fail at it. Save your money and effort.
