Pleasant staff, efficient and very professional. Feel that I am extremely well look after by all staff. Dr Patel is an excellent Dentist who exercises outstanding skills in diagnosis and treatment in a calm and gentle manner. Highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking top dental care.

I had a great experience at Wharncliffe Family Dental. I was able to book an appointment for the same day and everyone was really nice. The receptionists were really attentive and helpful. I was assisted by Sara and Dr. Patel who were extremely nice and did a great job. I’m glad I found this clinic and I’ll be doing all my future dental care there.

Very smooth process, technician explained everything in detail and was amazing. Special shout-out to Michelle who handled 3 separate anxiety-riddled phone calls from me.

Wharncliffe Family Dental is always clean, comfortable, kind, and provides timely service. Michelle especially goes above and beyond for patients. I always feel completely relaxed when I go in for my appointments. The equipment is in great condition as well. The entire dental professional team is highly knowledgeable; and, never suggests unnecessary procedures. I'm so grateful that I found such a great dental facility!

My wife recently got multiple fillings over 2 appointments. I saw the dentist vaping in the parking lot on one of the days. The second day, the last fillings were done, and afterwards, he told her that her tongue is too big for her mouth and she should have a doctor look at it. Due to an underlying medical condition, she’s had to get many fillings. She’s never heard anything about her tongue before. She got home, and realized the he had nicked her tongue with the drill. Not only did he not mention this to her, he tried to blame her by talking about her tongue, which has never been an issue for anyone except him. We will never be returning to this dentist, and I strongly recommend against this clinic if you are looking for a dentist.

Staff is amazing, wonderful, and friendly and Dr. Patel is super great and very gentle. I did an extraction there and didn't feel any pain and the assistant she was awesome. Great place !!!!..

Staff are really nice and the technician checked in on me if I was okay due to my anxiety. Gave me great advice on how to improve my gums.

went today for my first appointment as a new patient. the wharncliffe family dental team immediately welcomed me with big smiles and made me feel super comfortable. They answered all of my questions, were so kind to me, Dr Patel was amazing, and the receptionist (I think her name was Michelle) was an absolute gem, she deserves a raise. All in all, 10/10 experience, and for the first time in my life, I am actually looking forward to going back to the dentist!

Busy parking lot where you pay however I did hear one of the employees take someone’s plate down to cover parking but this was not mentioned to me prior to my appointment being new. Very small space with ghetto clear sheets as doors making you feel like your in some illegal operating room on top of being inside of a building with a bunch of other practices which is super inconvenient. Having 6 kids I initially did not want to go in if not needed so the two older kids could get done first they insisted we all come in and then dared to complain about the younger children being loud as they have other patients. They choose one hygienist to do our family one by one instead of accommodating us on a day where we could at least have two. The hygienist we got was soft handed and clearly new to this and did a job that should be priced down by half for the inexperience she has. After my second child I left. Not worth the money or time.
