My husband and I started working with Nicole Wilson with Exit Liftlock Realty a few years ago when we started to look for a rural property in Central Ontario. Nicole took us to see many homes even when they were over an hour away. As things turned out the market went crazy and that type of property was in high demand so we put our plans on hold. Fast forward to fall of 2021, we reached out to Nicole once again to come and let us know what she would do to get it sale ready as we had decided that we wanted to move to BC. She recommended a handyman and plumber that helped us to get things done before Christmas. When the new year began, Nicole sat with us again and explained the absolute best time to list. We had the finishing touches done and we listed in February. We can not say enough about how well Nicole knows the real estate market and she certainly did get us top dollar!! She is always within reach and ready to do anything she can to help her clients! I would HIGHLY recommend Nicole for all of your real estate needs!!

Unfortunately, my husband and I cannot give Samantha Crowley at EXIT Realty in Peterborough, ON a 5 star review as the closing of our deal was a very unhappy experience.Samantha Crowley was professional throughout the deal, making sure the deal went through on time. She answered all questions that we had by phone or e-mail in a timely manner. With this being said, we cannot stress enough the importance of getting EVERYTHING in writing when working with Samantha. This will avoid stress and frustration. When purchasing a home, the new owners should feel joy and excitement, unfortunately this was not the case with Samatha.Samantha knew that we were unhappy with the closing of the deal and chose to remove and block us from her EXIT Realty page on Facebook. I don’t feel it is fair that a realtor has the option to only post 5 star reviews and block those clients (future and past) who are not happy with her services. How is this giving a true picture of the relator and experiences with ALL clients?Unfortunately, this experience put a bad taste in our mouth, therefore, we will not be working with Samantha Crowley in the future nor can we recommend her services to family or friends.

Shannon Linton went above and beyond to sell our home. An offer put in on our dream home was conditional upon selling the current one. Although anxious, we had full confidence in her ability! She sold our Peterborough home in 2 weeks, we had great exposure online and a successful open house! She is attentive and reachable at any time. We have found our realtor for life! We had the privilege of working with Exit Realty’s Kristi Doyle twice! Buying and selling. She went above and beyond for us. She is very passionate about making sure we found our perfect home. Unfortunately we had a job opportunity in Ottawa so we had to move and yet again Kristi was there to make sure we sold our home. She is really great to communicate with and gives great advice.
