Really quick service today. Not a long wait and I was in and out in no time. Lots of people lined up but no worries. Still a busy location. Great accessibility with the location.

Service was very good. I went there at 7 am and I was the 10th person in line. Fast and efficient. Staff is courteous. The security guard who he allegedly says is the supervisor, was downright impolite and rude. He should be fired right away. Otherwise nice location.

The waiting time was reasonably short (30min) for a Government institution. However, the agent gave me very bad advice regarding my employment insurance claim which has caused it to be delayed by 21 days - just from the actions I took following her advice.

SIN renewal May 19 (Friday).Got there around 9:10am with about 14 people before me and others sitting in the waiting area. Left just before 10am.Everyone was helpful, I was lucky to be helped by Askirant (I hope that is the accurate spelling) who was clear, calm and patient. I had a very positive experience there. Went for a passport application with an appointment, arrived at 12:45 was done by 1:15. Yvette, who submitted my application, was very nice and explained everything very nicely. I definitely recommend this centre.As an additional note, their washrooms were clean.

Read the reviews and were concerned. Walked in (12pm on a Friday) for a passport application and were in and out in an hour. Did not see any female security guards, and all the staff (security, screening & processing) we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

Seems like a lot of the queue issues from months ago have settled down. Had a great experience being able to walk in and out in under an hour. Staff was great

Had a great experience today. Was here to extend the validity of my SIN. Arrived at 7:15. There was already 15-20 people lined up. Luckily for me only about 4-5 to get SIN. They started to call people in for SIN at 7:30. I was out by 7:45. So 30 min for me incl. waiting.

I wish there were more than five stars. Right from my on time arrival to the exit, my passport application and submission of paperwork just took exactly 30 mins. I arrived at 11 am today and was attended my a super nice security personal (Sprole- if I have misspelled the name) he guided me to first floor after asking if I had any up coming travel plans. Then I met with an office at a desk who checked it I had the application form , photos and ID. He did some something on his computer and asked me to wait in the waiting area and had ~ 30 seats. There were 7 people already seated there and I was second one called in for processing paperwork. Yvette called me out and asked for all the paperwork that she needed, carefully she went over to each piece and confirmed all was good.after informing me she processed all the info in the system and in 10 minutes I was out with all that I needed for tracking my application. Since I read the reviews, I did ask if the traffic here is this low. She mentioned there is a possibility it’s not busier today due to long weekend but usually they experience a big line up. I guess I jus got lucky.Reaching there: it was bit inconvenient as I commuted in a street car from college station. Due to road construction, the street car doesn’t halt at All Euclid Avenue. I had to walk back a bit to get to Service Canada office. So plan your commute well.Important PS: I had booked an appointment in advance. Not sure if that played a trick and I got ahead of all those who were waiting already.Helpful and kind staff.Hope this helps in someway.

Went here at 9:30AM to apply for a passport. All the staff was polite and efficient. I didn't have an appointment but was in and out within half an hour, including the time spent waiting in line.
