Ajisen Ramen
The Raman here is is very good! It comes out very hot and the quality of the food is very high. I tried the pork ramen and the meat comes out thinly sliced and there is a good portion of it. The flavor is fantastic. I also tried the filet appetizer in the pan fried gyoza. The food came out fast and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

We got the spicy tom yum Ramen with Shrimp. The tom yum gravy was packaged separately so was the noodle and the shrimps which I really liked. Otherwise it would have made the noodle very soggy had everything been out together in the packaging. I would definitely recommend getting chicken as a meat in case you are going with a Tom yum ramen. The shrimp shells were too stuck to the meat which made the eating experience less enjoyable apart from that I only have good things to say about everything else.

I always eat the spicy chicken ramen at this restaurant with the spicy tom yum and I love it. However, I've been really disappointed with the waiting staff last couple of times I've been there. I've had to call out to them to take my order because they never came after seating us. I can understand if it's too busy but the place was at 20% capacity and 2 of the waiters were just sitting on the sofa table playing with their phones. When taking the order they seemed so disinterested and answered some questions about the menu with a blank stare. Almost like they hate their job or being forced into it against their will. Still left a 20% tip because of the food and the guy ripped the recipt and handed it to me with no words exchanged. It was a bland dine in experience. Could have just ordered a pickup. Probably will not be returning because of the serving staff.

As someone visiting Windsor from Scarborough for my friend's engagement party, I decided to stop by Ajisen since it was a familiar name and I was in the mood for ramen. BIG MISTAKE! The two waiters who were working the restaurant were devastatingly overworked and in turn totally uninterested in their job. The restaurant was at 50% capacity when I came, which I do not understand -- the service was slow and the food tasted like my deaf and blind grandfather's instant noodles. My experience might have been better had there been more waiters on the floor, but the food was still nothing special and the meat was like rubber (I got the tom yum soup). Will not be trying this place again when I come back to Windsor.

The food is so amazingly good! It is a perfect comfort food not only for the winter months but also for all year long. Definitely coming back again and again❤️❤️For a unique experience, make sure to try the black sesame ice cream!

I've been wanting to try out this restaurant and finally was able to go this morning for lunch! I got the Black Garlic Ramen & it was absolutely TO DIE FOR. I could eat that every day & never get tired of it! Serving size is well worth the money!The service was pleasant as well. The restaurant itself is clean & a little bit on the smaller side.10/10 would go again!

Hearing that Ajisen Ramen was really popular in Toronto, I decided to try this restaurant out with it opening up in Windsor. My friend and I came at around noon, and the restaurant was packed. Luckily, we didn’t have to wait long to get a table as there was one empty. Although we were able to get a table, the restaurant itself is really small. I was nearly touching elbow to elbow with the man sitting beside me and was also able to hear their conversation. This made things quite uncomfortable knowing how close I was to others.The food itself also took a while to come out, but this due to how busy they were with dine in and delivery orders. I decided to get the curry pork katsu. For its price, the portion size was decent, but the pork was a little over cooked and hard to eat. The rice also seemed to be old as the rice at the bottom of my bowl was hardened. The staff were very kind and amazing despite being extremely busy.Overall, this isn’t bad, but the name Ajisen Ramen at the Windsor location has not lived up to its reputation.

This ramen was delicious. We can’t wait to go back!We started with the Pork Katsu and Spring Rolls. Both were fresh and crispy. I especially liked the Katsu sauce.For Ramen we had the sliced pork ramen and the Ajisen Ramen. Broth was flavorful. Toppings were fresh and delicious. It was great experience!Next time we will try the potato cakes which looked amazing!
