This review is solely based on preordering.I preordered and paid for 5 sandwiches at a specified time for the following day on their app. This was intended for a business meeting. I was running late picking them up by 20mins and when I arrived expecting to 'grab and go' with these sandwiches they weren't ready as the employee stated they needed to be toasted. Didn't even know that was an option, but I was ok with that. Well 15mins later and 5 orders that came and went I decided to speak up. I proceeded to tell them that I specifically ordered these for a set time and now its over 30mins past this time with no finished order. The lady started to make an excuse of payment and I stopped her and said, no they were preordered and paid for (required on their app). Then she said they wanted to make sure they were fresh and to specify in the order next time that I want them at the time I picked. I said, excuse me I pick a time and you want me to further clarify this on the notes? She said yes and then just stayed there in silence. Ahhhh, so this is MY FAULT. I see. Silly me for picking a time on your app and not micromanaging your employees to further clarify the time I picked is the time I would like my order.Also, regardless if the 'freshness' is not maintain, this would be my fault for not picking them up on the designated time. Instead of apologizing and saying hey we didnt make your order because we are disorganized and prioritized active customers rather than preordered one". Or simply' "we messed up

Just got two Caesar wraps tonight (Dec 17th). I get them probably once or twice a week. And have so for the last year or two. I’ve watched the quality of the food hear slowly go down each time I come in and now getting fed up. The lettuce they use is constantly red/pink and old. Just overall bad and I’m shocked someone would put that in a wrap and actually sell it to someone. Maybe retrain your staff on food quality? The staff are pretty nice and the owner is a good guy but his new staff are lowering the standards here. Probably going to start just making my own at home.

Great spot for celiacs. Take allergy seriously and has best gluten free bread of any sandwich shop.

Sandwich was fresh and as ordered. Shop was clean and employees were friendly. Bread was toasted well. I expected tastier bread and it didn't taste that fresh but the vegetables and everything else were fine. Menu was simple with a good selection. It was easy to order and the restaurant smelled good.

I see there alot of good and bad reviews at this gateway location. I just went here today, first time visiting this location and it was a great experience. The Indian gentleman is friendly, quick and keeps quality of food good still! I ordered The Bird as I always have and it was delicious!!

They close whenever they feel like it.That's real awesome when you check the hours and go out of your way to come here for dinner.I'll avoid that happening again by not coming at all.

The woman working was very friendly and patient even though there were so many customers waiting for food. She never shouldve been working by herself on a Saturday. Several people were impatient and talking about refunds but this was not her fault at all. This location is way too busy to have nobody else on staff to help.

Boring bread, boring sandwiches that are overpriced and underfilled unless you get the daily special. The pressing of the sandwich makes it worse imho. They really should let customers decide although I guess it's in the name. Their smoothies are excellent. Service is good. The decor is nice and store is clean.

To be honest I wanted to give 5 star for the worker who was working inside but it seems management/owner is very bad at this location.I was there on a Sunday afternoon and it was crazy busy. Only one guy was working inside and he was very polite as I can see he was stressed with 8 orders to make before me and few people standing after me. He took order and said it will take 20-25 mins which I was ok with as I could see there was a family waiting for 25 mins before me.I asked him why don’t you call for help and he said he did but there is no one available. It seemed there was a poor planning and they set up worker for failure. He was doing everything.After 30 mins I got my sandwich and it was perfect. He did not cut any corners to make sure sandwich tasted amazing.Management could do better!!!
