We received 3 quotes and price wise this came in the middle. We chose Arthur because he seemed likeable and honest during the consultation. Product/install was good and as promised. This review is mostly about the after-install customer service, though. Arthur took time to help us with after-install questions and care and was always responsive. Would highly recommend.

Quick service and great customerexperience. Equipment was downgraded and not like for like. We were asked to purchase our own equipment to meet the equivalent we had and received frominitial installation. Downgrade in standard equipment was same cost.

Thank you Arthur, we where so happy with his service, arrived early morning and installed the new equipment we needed for wifi service, comes in better than old unit. Very knowledgeable, and explained everything we needed to do to get going. Will definitely call Arthur again for help!
