Went to have them investigate a grinding noise on front wheel. They inspected and found it was a heat shield on the axel. They addressed the issue immediately. Sent me on my way with no charge. OMG. what shop does that these days. Much appreciated The Mufflerman Cambridge. Top notch customer service. Way to go team.

If you are lowered like I am and need an alignment, come here . I drove away a happy customer . The guy who was working on my car was very professional and was very respectful , asked me questions on my suspension . The car drives great now and is smooth . Thank you to the owner of this place . You guys did a great job !

Good service, fair price. Took about 2 hours to fix pipe connecting to muffler, so gauge that to the length of repairs.

Great service on my truck in 2019. The pipe they used rusted out in 3 years but it was a good price for the repair so I guess I can't complain. Went above and beyond. I had brought a pipe in to get welded in and it ended up being the wrong size completely. The manager said don't worry about it and charged my mother for labor and hardware.

I just have to thank Dave and his mechanic!! I am feeling very fortunate to have stumbled into this shop today after car troubles started on the highway. I was 45 mins from home, my car started with multiple warnings on the dash and then the smoke started. They were scheduled to close in less then an hour when I pulled in but they stayed 3 hours late to get me back on the road at a fair price.Since I frequent this area for kids activities I will definitely be back!!

Quite literally the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic, and my car is almost 23 years old. It was fast service, they didn’t try to upsell me anything, staff was respectful. I’d been to at least 5 different mechanics in the last 3 days, one of which told me it would be at least a week before they could even look at my car, another told me the car was simply too old to fix and I should just replace it. I went in the morning fully expecting to have to leave my car for at least 2 days, but they were done all repairs in an hour, good as new, and for a third of the price I would have payed elsewhere. Deserves a solid 10 star rating
