The M&M store at Appleby and New street is wonderful! The other day I was in the store looking for a product to see if it was on sale, & found that it was not. However the new owner at this M&Ms was extremely helpful and kind as we talked about the product I was looking for. I purchased the item even though it wasn’t on sale. Later that day I had a message on my phone from the owner at M&M’s: he called me by name, and told me that the product I was searching for earlier, was going on sale on the weekend, and wanted to let me know so I didn’t miss the sale! I was shocked to say the least! The fact that the owner took the time to remember me and found my name and phone number and personally called me to let me know was incredibly kind. He went above and beyond for me - that is just amazing customer service! Thank you for the wonderful shopping experience at your M&M store!Janet

Frank (the owner) needs a lesson on customer service. I was told to leave because I didn’t have a mask on. I told him I have a medical exemption, and he didn’t care. He did serve me outside as I was picking up something for someone else, but this person needs to learn that discrimination is not a good practice.I would never, ever go here again, and I hope others will read this and also not spend money here.

just had the way over priced Italian meatballs ...first and last time. The picture on the box is false advertising, not sure what mystery meat they're made of but whatever, not good. Threw most away. The dog liked them ...I'll keep 'em in mind if the pet store runs out of dog food. That said, most frozen meatballs are lousy but this is M&M's business, frozen food is their thing. The product has to be better. We've tried a couple of other things, the jalapeno poppers are pretty good but overall not a fan of the food

This place is good. Far better than average. Almost every time I come in they quickly ask if they can help me and I usually able to steer me towards something delicious. Check out is speedy. Get in get your food get on your way. Checks all the boxes for me.

Wonderful Service and Products!! Frank and his staff are very helpful, informative and friendly. Store itself is very clean and a great set up to see all the delicious products they offer. Strongly recommend this location.

They have a lot of different boxes of food. Good for just yourself or for if you are having partys. There are appetizers, mains, desserts. Service was good. I saw stuff mushrooms caps, mini poutine bowls and thought I love both of those so that got me to the store. Think it's great to see the flyer with alot of the options of food they have.
