Very organized company in comparison to other companies I have used in the past.Not only that but the person that came out originally to quote us helped me understand what to do and what not to do and why some ideas I had in my head would be bad/good.Overall experience with Pattern Concrete had been great.

Dont trust these fake reviews. They just finished my driveway. very professional. work started ontime and finished ontime. every step is clearly outlined and Susy communicated with us before each step. They took care of our property with care and did an excellent clean up after each step. These guys are not cheap and wont look cheap. once done, all my neighbors are praising the driveway

We got our driveway and walkways done three years ago. The products durability has been amazing and quality has also been amazing. Over the past years they’ve always been responsive with Service and have always done a great job when technicians come to the house.We had a number of neighbours who got their concrete done the same summer but all by different companies. None of the other companies product has lasted as long as patterned concretes and no other company had the same quality overall.Today we started the process of resealing our driveway for the first time. Rohan came to clean the driveway took his time and did a very detailed and thorough job. Junior did the sealing and also did a absolutely outstanding job with all of the crack repairs and sealing.I must say that it was an absolute pleasure to deal with both of these gentlemen they both did an outstanding job took their time and addressed any of our concerns.Always taken care of all repairs or warranty issues we have had and always been a pleasure to deal with their customer service department.Very satisfied customers and would highly recommend them to anyone!Special thank you to Rohan and Junior for the amazing job they did reselling!

I was pleased with the response time received when I requested a quote on line. I was a little put off by the tone on the phone when scheduling a home visit for quote; in that I wanted to explore options and discuss quality and felt a little dismissed. At that point not put off enough to not get the quote. Tom arrived on time as scheduled; however, when discussing our needs for a concrete retaining wall on the perimeter of our foundation and a backyard patio, he clearly expressed that if we wanted a fix for our concrete retaining wall that he was not the guy. He would take on a FULL scale walkways on both sides, patio and then as a side fix our original concern. He said that we would be looking at 15-20k minimum (this guesstimate made without taking any measurements and or even discussing what he had in mind). He also went on to say that they are the best, the most expensive and there is a reason for that. While I appreciate his confidence, I did not care for his approach. We were left with a feeling of not creating something that we envisioned, within a budget we could discuss but rather a this is what you are going to get and you will like it." type deal. I could tell that our project was not a job he was interested in. Our home is not reflective of anything they would want to post on their gallery. He did say "it wasn't that he didn't want the job - it's just not what they do." If you have a mid-sized to moderate project or a larger scale project that you would like broken down into pieces this is not the company for you. Personally

Patterned Concrete Mississauga did my Patio some years back. They did an amazing job! Their response time to my questions were fast. Planning the design with Susy was a pleasure and very easy. Even after several years, the patio still looks amazing. (See before, after and present photos) I highly recommend Patterned Concrete Mississauga for your patio, their work is amazing, their customer service is great and their prices are very fair.

We signed up with Patterned Concrete Mississauga late in the season last year, after smaller or equal size contractors told us there was no chance our project would be done in the 2019 season. Patterned Concrete was quick to accommodate us and within a week of signing up and approving our design and colours, we were in the queue of jobs to be completed in the final month of work. Susy helped us keep informed in what was going on in the installation process with daily emails describing the next stage of construction. Construction crews worked diligently to keep our project on track, and the detail in the pouring and parging stage was truly brought to life after the washing stage. My neighbor had a problem with a mess on the site of the house, but as soon as I displayed my concerns ,their service manager assured me that the washing crew would clean all areas that were effected. The washing crew was very thorough in their clean up, not just washing down the newly constructed concrete, but also the entire surrounding area of the job. I am extremely happy with my decision to go with Patterned Concrete. They made the design and construction process as smooth as imaginable, and left me with a beautiful product to be enjoyed for years to come

We used this company a while ago.The service & quality of the work, was great. They delivered what they promised.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

These guys are terribleVery bad customer service and the final product is also deficient.Your lawn gets shot for an entire month.And they create so much dust everywhere.I tried to call them to fix their mistakes and all I got was a“Sorry but this is standard procedure”Definitely I don’t recommend them.

My neighbour had retained the services of Patterned Concrete. While they took care to make sure that their home was not in anyway disturbed by the dust, concrete, debris they did not do the same for mine. The workers removed our lock to our backyard, walked in, trampled in our garden and left a mess on our property. They did not ask for access to our property and unfortunately we were not home. The owner offered to replace our peppers with his, what a joke. The right thing to do would have been to personally come to my home, gift card in hand and apologize. Customer service goes a long way with making things right.
