I am really disappointed with the service to the point where I am completely put off coming back here. The inconsistency in the serving inside the tacos is frustrating to me.I stopped ordering via skip a while ago for this very reason and here I am trying it again giving it another chance, only to be disappointed again.Just because we don't raise this concern in person doesn't mean that you can get away with putting in very little filling on tacos and expect satisfactory customers when we pay over $15 for taco trio. Its a bad business practise and reflects poorly on how the enployees are trained to save and be cheap rather than building a relationship with your customers so they come back to you.I still enjoy the taste of the tacos and burritos which is why I keep coming back but I cannot stand being scammed lowkey.

We ordered a Mucho sized burrito (their biggest), a burrito bowl, and some Chips&Queso.Hands down the best franchise burrito location I've been to. They gave bountiful amounts of every ingredient, especially the meat. Normally places skimp on the meat hoping the customer asks for more so they can make a few extra bucks. Not this location, every bite of both the bowl and burrito was packed full of our choice of meat.Continuing on the quantity they give, the portions are massive. I'm a big eater and could only manage to eat half my burrito and some chips&queso before I had to tap out. The day after I still had half my burrito as leftovers and that half alone filled me up to the point where the last few bites were a struggle. The bowl was so filled that slapping the lid down on it took some real force as the food was piled on in there. The bowl was on the same team as the burrito in the sense that only half could be eaten before a belly would burst. The chipbag for the chips&queso was filled right to the top as well.Now for quality, all the ingredients were fresh, flavourful, and overall delicious. Normally when eating I can pick out something I wish was done slightly different, but out of the 3 items we had I couldn't pick out a single gripe. Every bite reinforced the happiness I felt when reflecting on our choice for dinner that day.We will definitely be returning customers to this location. They do burritos right.

I generally do not prefer mexican food but decided to give it a try today in mucho burrito and I was not disappointed as the food was great and customer service was awesome. A huge shoutout to the waitress Reshma for her excellent service. She made sure my order was perfect. I will definitely refer this restaurant to my friends and family.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Mucho Burrito in Waterloo. The food was incredibly delicious, especially their veggie bowl, and I particularly loved the variety of tasty sauces they offered. The service was exceptional, and I must mention Pritva, one of the staff members, who was incredibly helpful in guiding me to select a delicious vegetarian meal. I was delighted with both the service and the food, and I am definitely looking forward to trying out more of their meals in the future.

I liked mucho burrito Waterloo as the food is so delicious. I liked the veggie bowl, the sauces are good loved trying it and i was very happy with the service of one of staff named as Pritva as she was very helpful in choosing vegetarian meal for me. Loved the service and food.Surely i would to try another meals too

I love Mucho Burrito Waterloo, the food is so good and fresh. I usually order a plant based bowl, not because I'm fully vegetarian but because it's super tasty and healthy as well as the toppings. I love medium salsa and eat it with chips! Come and try here guys, you won't regret for sure!

This place is tremendous… The food they serve is fresh and so good. I ordered a chicken bowl and a regular burrito and it was so good. It had meat and all the fillings i asked for in each bite. Worth every every penny. Keep up the good work. You have earned yourself a regular customer now :)
