I was beyond happy with my experience at Ruffins today. I was in search of a bunny for my nephews birthday. Linda helped us out and point us in the direction of “bugs”. She was helpful in directing us to what bugs would need. We will definitely come again for our pets needs! He is the sweetest and will be very loved. Thanks again!!

This store is very clean and well organized and very well stocked. Their prices are competitive. Friendly staff. Going there to buy fishies for our aquarium. We like the glow fish.

Nice staff. Efficient service. Variety of stock for your fishes, furry friends, birds, reptiles & more! Great place to bring the kids if you want to see some cute live pets for sale as well. Fresh treats for the furry pets as well!

The owner is amazing helps you with all you needs. However some of the staff needs some customer service training. Not very friendly and slams the crickets on the counter.
