I like the doctor but the staff is the pits. I had surgery cancelled 4 days before hand in march since then I have called 4 maybe 5 times and NO ONE has returned my call how long does one have to suffer in pain until something is done. If you dont want to do my surgery then maybe I should find someone else thanks for all your in consideration and dont care attitude it's really uplifting

Dr. Charleton has perfect operation skill and is a really nice and caring doctor!Based on my experience, always choose the most direct cutting plan would be less invasive and affect nerves less.

I cannot rave enough about Dr. Charleton and his staff. He is kind, patient and understanding. He listened to my wants and needs as a patient, and also provided all potential risks so we could make the right surgical plan. I had a bilateral mastectomy with an aesthetic flat closure, and he did an absolutely amazing job. I cannot express how good of a job he did. Highly recommend, he made this process so easy.

Very rude staff ... I tried to reach doctor several time but staff always kept us away from the doctor. Don't even say sorry courtesy sake for thier own mistakes. Scheduled surgery in wrong hospital which caused unnecessary delay .How a clerical staff can say that your matter is not urgent ,we were being referred to a surgeon not to the staff and their was a medical cause .
