Rickey Came in on time and installed a new shower head for the bathroom.He finished the job very quickly and was very nice and professionalI would recommend rickey to anyone who is having any plumbing issues.

We called Rick on Super Bowl Sunday of all days to clear a blocked drain. He arrived within the hour and was done within 20 minutes! He was efficient, professional and kind. I highly recommend his services.

Rickey was incredible, he quickly arrived at the house and within 15 minutes had already made more progress than other plumbers I had at the house for over an hour. He was able to unblock my pipes and was extremely professional, transparent and helpful! He also was able to solve my issue at a fraction of the price that other plumbers said it would take. Called Rickey for an outdoor leak. He came the same day and was very transparent about the potential problem and price (a relatively big job for a small leaking faucet). After spending some time trying to find the best way to fix the issue, he suggested I first try replacing a $3 part before moving forward. If it didn't work, I could give him a call back and he could do the work. The replacement work and Rickey saved me hundreds... he didn't take any money for his visit either.He is extremely trust-worthy and I recommend him highly!

Rickey came over on a holiday Monday to fix my toilet water intake. He replaced a value that was no longer working, and even make it look way nicer. Not only a quick and professional repair but an overall nice guy. Definitely my go-to-guy from now on.

We had issues with our toilet draining very slow and even had another plumber come fix it but couldn't do the job properly.We told Rickey the situation and found out that we were getting scammed for something that could've been done easily. He was able to unclog our toilet in 30 minutes for half the price of the other company. Rickey is professional and has all equipment and certifications you will need to get the job done right. He was able to cope our issue and find out it was on city property so we could get the city to fix it for us.We originally went with someone to snake the drain and that person ended up going down the back flow which should never be done - it almost caused us a huge problem. Luckily we were in contact with rickey and he was able to come right away.I honestly will never use another Leslieville plumber for these kind of issues ever again!

Rick is a fantastic plumber and if I could give him more than 5 stars I would. I contacted him after we had flooding in our basement as he had been highly recommended. He was easy to communicate with, came on time and found the problem very quickly. Rick gave us a written quote on the spot and told us exactly what we needed to do (it involved contacting the city, which he took care of for us). He came as arranged, did the job to a very high standard and the price was exactly as quoted. He found some other problems we had (roots in the drains, lead pipes) and suggested fixes without pressuring us to go ahead. We showed him a different plumbing issue another plumber had not been able to fix and he identified the issue within 20 seconds, went to Home Depot and fixed it for us on the spot. I will not call anyone but Rick whenever we need any plumbing work. Superb work and professionalism, and his pricing is very fair.
