We just recently had Shaw satellite TV installed and would like to comment on the installer, Kathy or Cathy, not sure which one is right. We found her to be very competent and very good at explaining what was going on. Polite and a great smile.

Installer was rude, sat in the driveway and smoked cigarettes for 1/2 hour before even starting the install. Not impressed

Jvo sent a serviceman named Nick to our home to install satellite tv and internet. He was extremely polite and curtious and worked hard till the job was done. When he finished the job he even took the time to help us find and fix a leaking hose that was leaking into our basement. And he did that on his own free time. My wife and i are senior citizens and were super impressed by this young man.

The office staff were wonderful. Very helpful and professional. I WISH I could say the same for the technician who came to my house. As a rule of thumb: don't laugh at customers for not being super knowledgeable about the service you are providing them.
