Was passing by and noticed this store carries Miz Mooz shoes. The sales lady that help me try the shoes was a delight. I loved both models I tried, but was really looking for a particular color. Rhoda (I believe is her name), offered to call the warehouse to see if she could get my dream shoes in the color I wanted. Today, she called me back and unfortunately, they are sold out in my size. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service and care that she put into helping me. I very much appreciated her efforts. Now that I know they have Miz Mooz shoes, I will definitely come back!

This review is for my most recent experience with this store. The three most expensive pairs of shoes I have ever purchased in my life have all been at this store. The first two experiences were very good but this last experience has frustrated me enough to write this negative review.I purchased a pair of Blundstone boots for my daughter's Christmas present. When she tried them on they were too big so we returned them after Christmas to get a different size. We were told that they were sold out of the ones we wanted but that they would be getting some in early January. Fair enough, as I can understand that due to Christmas rush that we would have to wait. In early January I called the store and was told that the factory was back to work but they wouldn't be ready until the end of January as they were so popular. I was a little frustrated but could still understand, especially with a pandemic going on and everything is slower to deliver these days. At the end of January I called again and was told that they still weren't ready but by early February I would hear something. In February I called again as I had not received any new information. I was told that there was good news that the shipment had made it to Vancouver and that it would take a week to a week and a half to get to the store. The time passed and still no call from the store. I called again and was told they were coming but that the size I wanted was popular. Finally another week went by and I just stopped by the store to see if by any chance they had arrived. There was one size smaller available that I was told I could take for my daughter to try on but that the size she wanted would be for sure available the following week, which was this week. I called back again yesterday and was told that they would arrive the following Wednesday guaranteed. At this point it is now March. After being promised the boots for months I could no longer believe that they would arrive when they said they would arrive. So, I looked on Blundstone's website and I could simply order directly - no problem at all. I also called a different shoe store and although that store didn't have the size, they would be happy to call their other stores for me. On the second call they had success and the boots would be waiting for me the same day. How can I find the shoes easier than Turner Shoe's can??? I called back Turner shoes to ask for a refund as they couldn't get me the boots. I was told that they had a no-refund policy - credit or exchange only. Yes, that is true, however if they couldn't deliver the product I purchased then this is not acceptable. I told the owner not to give me a refund then, just to go and buy the shoes himself from the store that was holding them for me. He said he would do that, but then called me back to say he couldn't find anyone to pick them up for me and that he finally agree to give me a refund. So, finally I drove to Coquitlam and picked up the boots myself. Today I went back to Turner's to get the refund. I would not have written this review if I would have been given any sort of apology for the wait, the frustration, the lack of communication, or the lack of effort to get me my boots. At the end of this 2 1/2 month ordeal, I simply got my money back with not a single word of apology. Wow - how is that for customer service? I have always wanted to support local but not if I get treated like this.

Don't waste your TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. So many other good shoe stores in the area!Bought my husband blundstones as a gift. Worker said I can return them if he doesn't like them. I clarified if this was possible despite her punching a exchanges only" stamp on my receipt. She said yes come back within 2-3 weeks if you want to return it. When I come back to return it

I have always had a supportive experience buying school shoes for my four kids at this store. The shoes they carry always last until they have to size up. We make sure to go a few weeks early in case the very specific shoe one of my kids picks has to be ordered (which has only happened once). I will always go here first because we have been in a pinch and needed shoes for the very next day (twice) and local brick- and-mortar shops are the only way that happens!

I love the service of this store, they really know their product and are super helpful.

I have been shopping here for years, great shoes, amazing finds on unique Italian clothing and always excellent service. So happy to find Vionic shoes here.Update 2023! A couple years later and I'm still getting my favourite wardrobe pieces here. Great shoes and clothing. The items I buy here are my regular go-to's. Happy to spend a little more and know it's not going to be a waste!

Great place with great service. Ray went above and beyond to make sure my Blundstones fit right. This place knows their shoe tech really well.
