Not helpful, heartless, judgemental and gets off to putting you on the street. Would not listen at all to my situation or any evidence that I offered because they assumed that I was not looking for income.. when I just went for 2 interviews this week. What the hell is this place?If you get a lady named “April”— request a different operator immediately.

Constantly putting holds on my file every month which has resulted in late payments on rent, bills and groceries. My kids have had to struggle because the jokes they are.Added my partner to my file and they dropped my income by about 500$ even tho he is not able to be working.Every call has had me spending 1/2 hours AT LEAST on hold. absolutely disgusting service.

Just tried calling to ask why didn't get anythingand waited for 2 1/2 hours and still on hold so hung up. Like that is stupid

It is a bit confusing with the fact that there are 2 offices across the street from each other and you don't know which one to go to until you go and they say to go across for this or that service. Other than than, we got friendly service even though we showed up minutes before closing.

They help me and my kids wonderfully, the ladies that have helped my family were always very friendly and kind. The gave me helpful information when I ask for it, and they walk me through when I ask the right questions. They have supported my babies medication making sure he got his medication covered so I say they are doing amazingly.

Very very DISAPPOINTED with this place went down last week.. This whole ordeal to me is all new I was not impressed with the service I received the lady working at the front desk was the most stuck up person I have ever met, NO friendly greeting at all, no smile I honestly felt like I was treated like a second class citizen. Get off your high horse lady

Said the will call the next week. Nothing. Its been 2 months and we are starving. Tried calling back given some bogus reply of were busy so its gonna take a little longer. 2 bloody months! What are we supposed to do!

Two months of repeatedly being told to reapply for benefits, being put on hold for excessive amounts of time, being directly lied to by Jeremy...etc etc etc there is no wonder there is a problem with homelessness, addiction suicide and crime. Perhaps the government would be better served in directing money to those marginalized as opposed to hiring people to exasperate an already unfortunate situation for societies vulnerable.

Got a voicemail from a private number saying hi call us back" 1) it took me 3 hours to figure out who was calling from a private number and giving me no information. 2) I've called back 30 times so far and keep getting hung up on because "call volume is higher than normal" 3) how am I supposed to find out why I have to call back if nobody answers the damn phones!? You clearly need a better system for that because I'm sick and tired of sitting around for days tryingatthe end of every month trying to get my call through. You're all so unorganized and I have an issue every month because someone tells me 1 thing then suddenly the policy changes and they screw my payment up and I have no way to pay my bills or rent on time. I have been receiving payments for nearly a year due to back to back injuries and they still can't figure out how to get a payment processed properly. Y'all clearly need help running this place because you're doing an awful job. At least my worker is friendly and tries her best to be helpful."

This is a complaint to the governing body of this program. You should audit your program more often cause if it takes a full day to just get ignored either you have a problem or the country does
