I purchased a 2022 Christmas basket for a dear client of mine from A Basket Case. I had a couple of adjustments that I requested which was seamlessly accommodated. The ordering process was stress and hassle free. What is depicted on their site is just as beautiful in person. I adore that everything is locally curated, I was proud to present this to my client. I can't believe all these good reviews. Maybe she decided to take advantage of me because I'm in Edmonton but I paid 175 for a basket that had a couple pieces of fruit and tea in it. I had to have gluten free exchanges but what a disappointment. I'm sad I trusted these reviews. I usually give them a big gift from a local shop for that and I could tell they were surprised as they thanked me and listed the handful of things they received. Embarrassing and frustrating. Lesson learned, don't trust a Calgarian to be decent in Edmonton.
