Average atmosphere with average coffee. The equipment was very annoying and the soups and chilli were lacking. However it is fast food and cant be treated like a restaurant. I will try to visit this restaurant again and see if anything improved.

The food was super fresh and tasty, and the farmers' biscuit sanwich I ordered was large. The customer service and food prep time were great even though the drive-through line was massive

Exactly how a business should run. Great social environment for doing some work or reading with very friendly customers. Service is far above what I expected. It felt like I was being greeted by family every time I go in. I'd like to personally call out Kelly and the girls during the morning hours. Kelly always has a smile and a wonderful attitude that never changes as days pass. Thank you guys for all your hard work. It's definitely served you all well as I'd rate this my top Tim's location in the entire city.

Avnee is very friendly and polite with her customers. She makes people smile. There were no buns left, so she gave me a bagel with extra bacon on my turkey bacon bagel, which is very nice of Avnee. She works very hard at her tasks and helps out her crew very nicely. Her communication skills are excellent.Sukh always has a beautiful receiving smile, and her experience is knowledge and full of passion. She is looking for a good opportunity and future with Tim Hortons.

I am disgusted with the laziness of the staff that work there on evenings. After 6 pm there is never any food, Ice Caps or donuts. It seems like They clean the kitchen once and then They don't want to re-clean it when there is still 4 Hours Till They close. Go to the other place near Place Orléans off Gabriel street, They never dissapoint.

Avoid this location. They consistently mess up our orders and they cannot keep panhandlers off the property.If you order a lunch or breakfast wrap here there's a 90% chance they'll make it wrong.

Great location, always fresh produce, I always use drive-through, and the staff are very polite when talking to the customers.
