What happened to the KFC taste we loved? It doesn’t taste at all the same. The chicken was dry and the coating is now bland! Disappointing after spending over $50. We are officially done with KFC.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Went there for a chicken sandwich meal, when I got home the food was COLD (I live across the street) and tasted like it had been sitting for hours, only to find out that my chicken sandwich was RAW in the middle, so not only was my food not stored at the proper temperature for a long period of time but also growing bacteria from the raw chicken in the middle which made me sick for TWO days. After complaining to KFC head office, a week went by without a single call, so after not one, not two but THREE additional calls to escalate this, I've still yet to hear back.Stay far away from this KFC unless you want to get sick and when you do get sick, they won't even return your call, do yourself a favor and go to the Popeyes up the road.

Cold and not very good biscuits. Ten piece chicken was mixed with burned pieces. Asked for potato salad and got cold slaw.

Ordered online, store received the wrong order apparently and gave me wrong food.Told the person behind the counter the food was wrong, he started arguing with me instead of simply remaking the order (same cost).I had to leave the food and leave the store without a refund and no food.The manager has no communication skills and 0 respect for customer service nor do they care

What a terrible experience at this KFC. I was early waiting for my online order so I was sitting down waiting for my order. I was then told my the staff that I wasn’t allowed to wait for my order inside (because of covid). I was literally the only person in the whole dining area, I wasn’t drinking or eating just sitting on my phone waiting. It was -4 out and they wanted me to wait outside. So I walked around to the front of the store and that was allowed. The front counter guy agreed the rules don’t make sense. Then I got home and both of our chicken sandwiches were burnt to a crisp (see photo). Truly terrible service and disgusting chicken. Please treat people like humans and don’t enforce arbitrary rules that make no sense and no wrong was committed. And to top everything off they were out of 2 of 4 sauces.

The service was good. I was most dissapointed in the small pieces of chicken, this as happened the last three times I've been there for take outs. Shame on them for not given people the value for their money. Unfortunately it will be my last time there.

I ordered from this KFC through Skip, driver was fine delivery was fine , the food on the other hand was very disappointing, missing items food was very dry and not even warm, but my drinks were warm

Ordered the New Chicken Sandwich. Was super hyped to write a review and post a photo. If I was just rating the sandwich and staff, my raiting would be five star. Unfortunately the web site order lost a star. So first I will tell you about the awesome sandwich and will mention the staff corrected the order issue quickly and professionally and the manager is awesome.The Sandwich.: The chicken is awesome. The spice is just right, the chicken was juicy and yum, just wish it was a bigger piece. The spicy mayo is nice and creamy. The pickle cuts the tart and spice. Yummy. The bun was nothing special.The issue we had was the web site canceled the pickle and spicy mayo. I ordered delivery so just plain chicken on s bun came. I called in, sounds like a flaw in the web coding. They sent correct sandwiches and the replacements came quickly, so no big deal for me, but someone needs to check the code.

I would rate 0 if I can - I asked specifically for a dark meat order - NOT ONE LEG was to be found in my 6 piece bucket + 2 extra dark meat order. White meat and wing tip (by the breast) pieces are not part of dark meat. It'll be a long time before I'll ho back to KFC in a while - Popeyes here I come.
