I have used Agences A1 on two separate occasions, once to install a 3 ton York heat pump in our warehouse and 2 years later to install a 2-1/2 ton top of the line York heat pump in our home. Both installs went off without a hitch and the installers were polite and answered all of my questions.Neither system has given us any problems and the only advice I was given by A1 was to be diligent about regularly changing the filters, and so far that advice has served us well. I would highly recommend this company to any home or business owner. Thank you A1!

By far the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with. For the last 10 years I tried over 15 different companies _ never a good experience, A1 is by far the best. Professional, courteous and super knowledgeable, they fixed my thermopump issues and I can not be happier _ issues that have been lingering for over a year on a brand new installation due to other incompetent installers from another company who never installed it right from day one and the new thermopump broke down many times since which cost me an arm and a leg in running expenses and visits from the original installer. I am happy with the recent heat pump and furnace installation. Blair was upfront with everything and if in need of an explanation he was extremely knowledgeable about the products.Since I was not in a rush, everything from the estimate all the way to the installation was smooth. The two installers that came to do the work were professional, clean and very knowledgeable as well. The office staff were great and easy to deal with. I recommend the A1 agences techniques team.

These guys are awesome! From the estimate to the installation the service was perfect. They made educated suggestions based on our home, our needs and budget. A year ago we replaced our 12-year-old system, which we got from A1, after the heat pump compressor failed (10 year warranty, oh well, the system had no other issues over those years). The new system (heat pump plus and upgraded air handler ie. furnace) had a heat pump we found a bit noisy but it worked. For a while. So the A1 crew came and totally replaced it. Then, it didn't work. So the crew came and replaced it again - three new heat pumps within a year! This is a company that makes sure that the equipment they install does the job or they replace it. The new system is smooth, quiet and efficient. They say that they have never had a client with as bad luck as us with these units, but they never hesitated to back up their product and installation.
