We had a problem with our generator from generac and Ritz Electric came out to help the next day. Gord Ritz assessed th problem and fixed it the same day. He came back a couple of days later to do a full service on the generator.We couldn't be more happy with the service we received. Gord was polite and explained everything in terms that were easy to follow.We would recommend Ritz Electric Lyd. to anyone looking for service on their generator.Thank you

GENERAC-HOME BACKUP GENERATORLiving in an semi rural area power outages are a concern.No power - no water from the well and no sump pump when it rains.We had Ritz Electric install our new Generac Generator.Excellent service, Very professional,We feel we received absolutely great value and expertise for our moneyWith now having the home backup generator, we can go away for the weekend or on vacation and not worry about our sump pump.Even when we are home, hydro outages and heavy rain are now no longer a concern, all main needs regarding hydro are covered.We could not be happier.Ritz Electric deserves a 5 * +++Ed & Jen

tony from Hamilton on aug 11 2016 had a power outage generator kicks in then out again keeps doing this over and over until shut down gen set. called ritz electric and he came as soon as he could looked at the problem new that it was in the transfer swith removed it and was able to repair without replacing expensive parts bac in service in couple hours great man would recomand ritz for service .

I don’t write reviews often but Ritz Electric definitely deserves a mention! Gord and his team recently provided a quote for a whole-house system and went far beyond my expectations for their professionalism and exceptional knowledge of the Generac system. They took extra time to educate me on everything I needed to know before making a big decision on which system was most suitable for the job. Most impressive was the care Gord demonstrated to ensure that I was completely comfortable with whatever decision was made. That puts Ritz Electric at the top of my list for a service company to do business with.

Excellent service, timely, knowledgeable and professional. Ritz Electric is one of the best service providers I have dealt with. We had an issue with our Generac standby generator which Gord quickly resolved. Will now continue to use Ritz Electric on an annual basis to service our generator.
