Wonderful experience with Harrison. I took my mother's antique (1891) clock to Matt a few weeks ago - it hadn't worked in years and he had it up and running in no time. It now keeps excellent time and his workmanship was superb. Quick responses, fair prices and he went above and beyond to continue to assist when I got the clock home and created an issue shifting it with the pendulum attached. I brought an old family heirloom clock to Matt 5 months ago. I know that it sounds like a long time but perfection can't be rushed.This clock was my Great Grandmother's and I swear had never been cleaned or serviced ever.In fact it hadn't ticked or tocked for 50 years on my parents wall.I picked it up yesterday after paying what some might think a high price.In all reality though, when you consider the hours it takes to dismantle, clean, repair, and replace worn sleeves and bearings, then put it together again, it's probably borderline minimum wage.To take all of that time to adjust the pendulum swing to get the timing perfectly set is remarkable.Matt took the time to teach me how to reset the chimes if the Grandkids play with it and told me that it should be cleaned and looked at again in 10 years.For the first time yesterday the clock was mounted in my house, the time set to my cellphone clock and was running again.In 24 hours it hasn't lost a second.It chimes EXACTLY every 15 minutes and sounds wonderful.I recommend Matt to anyone looking at having clock repair done.

We took two clocks to Matt for repair. Not only did we get excellent service but Matt also gave us some background information on our clocks. Matt is a professional who obviously has a love of clocks. We will use him again when we need service for our clocks and would highly recommend him to anyone needing their clocks repaired.

We sent our antique clock to Matt and he did a great job to get it working again. We were very pleased with his professional work. He explained a little about our clock and how much he enjoyed working on it. He also returned it to us much quicker than he originally anticipated.

We had Matt repair our Grandfather clock recently. Great service, very knowledgeable and reasonably price. We are very happy with the work he did and would recommend him to everyone.

I found an old clock in a thrift store – it was marked “Needs TLC”.I took it home and – as expected – it didn’t work at all.So I handed it over to Matthew to be repaired.Turned out it was a Vienna Regulator clock, probably made in the 1870’s in either Austria or Germany.The works did indeed need TLC – after almost 150 years it needed an overhaul, and one of the escapements was worn out beyond repair. Matt hunted down someone in Texas to remanufacture the part, reassembled the clock and now it’s home and keeping perfect time.Matt took the trouble to find someone who could remanufacture the worn-out part. Not many people would make the extra effort.He’s a pleasure to work with, his rates are fair, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who has a clock worth looking after. He’ll have a repeat customer in me.
