Its been a couple weeks and loving this product so far! The experience was very good too.The idea of having a premium Sofa delivered in just 4 boxes at my door, that I can lift and setup myself was a great (and NEW) experience for me. I was skeptical coming in.I visited Leons and The Brick and I was about to purchase one from them, for roughly the same price. But now I got something that is easy to move (eventually when I move) and feels like better quality than what I tried in their stores. All this to say and its a local Canadian Company.I saw a few folks giving this 1-star because of shipping and logistics issues, but the overall product is the real deal. 3 weeks later and its 5-Stars all day from me.

We got our couch about a week ago. It is absolutely gorgeous and so easy to put together. Love the colour and feel. It’s soft, but not too soft. We are super happy with it!

A great company to deal with! I got Ciello a week ago. Beautiful seating and fabric, and easy to assemble. I can change the seating layout easily. Highly recommended!

So impressed by the entire experience with Cozey. I just recieved the Ciello couch and it feels like a cloud. Also, I love the fact that I can add an extra chair I'd I decide that I want it to be a 3 seater.It's pretty easy to assemble but you definitely need an extra hand to get it done, and the instructions and the packaging are so clear.This brand is absolutely genius. Thank you!

I have very mixed feelings about my Cozey purchase. While the furniture is very much to my liking and their customer service rep Rachel, was very helpful and empathetic to what I was relaying to her.However…..Cozey needs to rethink having Canpar as their courier. I would rather have paid for shipping than go through the inconvenient and very frustrating process with Canpar.One day I got 2 boxes of 6.The next day I got 3 more of the 6 boxes. Approximately a week later I got the final box.So, as I said, I have mixed feelings. Rachel definitely deserves 5 stars, as does the furniture itself. But I wanted to draw attention to Cozey’s choice of courier. Please reconsider.I haven’t been able to use my living room for a week, half assembled furniture and Cozey boxes. Oy!

I found these tables accidentally online and it’s a genius idea to have versatile lift top tables. We’re using them individually to suit our needs. From customer service to delivery to assembling them, if you want to call it assembling. You just have to put the legs on. No tools needed. The product is heavily constructed, extremely well packaged for transit. It took 2 minutes to put together. The soft close works beautifully and the product looks great! For the price point it is an amazing piece of furniture. So happy to have stumbled onto these tables.

I ordered the Ciello sectional in dream grey a couple weeks ago and I absolutely love it. It is so comfortable and definitely pet friendly. My dog loves to jump up and she gets the zoomies and runs all across the couch. I also love that you can take the covers off and wash them, it makes keeping the couch clean so easy. Delivery was super quick to Toronto, I ordered over easter weekend and it still got to me in about 4 days. I also love that you can add pieces later which will be great for whenever we move, we can make the couch bigger!In terms of assembly, I have to say that it is not as easy as the videos look. It was quite the workout and did take a couple hours. Our only hiccup was that the instructions did not really explain how to assemble the corner piece for a left facing sectional, it only explained how to build the right facing one and the video also showed the right facing sectional. However, I sent them a message on their live chat and someone got back to me within seconds and sent me a super helpful diagram, and we immediately got back to building.Overall, I LOVE this couch. It was a really big purchase for me but it is so worth it. It's so comfortable and I have not stopped raving about it to everyone.

Cozey is amazing! Super customer service and an a very innovative product. I had to take off a star, as no matter how much I want to love my new atmosphere couch, the first time my cats had to be stopped from clawing it, I could see there was notice pulls left behind. I am doubtful it will look like a brand new couch beyond the 30 day trial. I will be keeping it, as it is exceptionally comfortable, and the ability to change the configuration on demand is a huge asset for me, I just wish that the fabric was more resilient. I wouldn't recommend if you have pets, but otherwise 100% awesome!

This sofa/ottoman came to us in 5 boxes. They were clearly labeled and the instructions were very easy to follow. In 30 minutes, we had it all set up! Bravo Cozey team!

This is a single coffee table I got. This is amazing. Quality is descent: nice wood colour, soft closing with nice damper, heavy/firm metal legs and descent wood quality. You get all of these quality for reasonable price, $210. If you want to save up money, sure. But what you get out of this is worth of your investment. Guess what. You can add extra tables and make the table longer. You should really consider this.If I have to neat-pick one thing in this item, I wish the table can close even more soft than now. I push the table to close, it is little bit abrupt in my observation.
