My experience with Aurora Auto Collision was beyond my expectations. The staff was very knowledgeable on explaining what process was needed for my car to be repaired. The Owner Sam is a class act and very fair guy. He really went the extra mile on taking care of me. The staff was able to have me car was repaired in one day. The job they did with detailing the interior and cleaning my rims and tires was excellent. Car was looking and smelling like new!If you are look for fair and honest service then look no further. Be careful, the manager running this business is rude, condescending, and misogynistic.I responded to an add poated for a used Mazda 3 for sale at this business. The receptionist told me she was selling the car for her boss". When I arrived she was unable to answer any questions about the vehicle (no fault of her own as the manager had obviously not given her any information). He was hesitant to meet with me himself and when he finally did

BIGGEST SCAM ARTIST OWNER SAM. No one should ever go to him. He scammed me and said with his sweet talking he would handle things and deal with me correctly. I ended up having to pay over $1,000+ just on car rentals and he SAID he would pay for my car rental and don’t worry about it… Ended up getting charged over $1,000+ on my credit card for the rental that he said he would cover. I called the business well over 30+ times to speak with the owner Sam on this issue and all he does is duck and hide and his receptions says he’s not available to talk or “busy”.Terrible service and literally a scam artist running this business. All the good reviews are fake and the honest reviews all they do or you can say he aka Sam is copy and pastes your name and says YOU’RE not found on the data base and stop making up false allegations. I feel bad for everyone else getting scammed by him and all he does is scam people. It’s a a shame he’s still in business scamming and ripping people off. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE. STAY AWAY 0/10

I had an accident with an animal and the front bumper of my car was broken. I took my car to this body shop. They did the job very nicely and in a very short time. I leave the photos of my car here. I am 100% satisfied with professionally done job that they did. Thank Sammy for your quick and professional service.

Definitely recommend Aurora Auto Collision for any body work/repair and detailing. Sam was very easy to work with. He was very aware of my budget and looked for best value, based on the work that needed to be done. There was never any pressure throughout the process, and the work was completed within the time he committed to. The car looks great!

I had a minor accident with my front bumper with my Nissan Sentra. I took it to Nissan they were charging an extreme amount of money and said it could take months to repair. I took it to Aurora Auto Collision and Sam helped me out and charged me less than half of what Nissan was charging, and finished the repair in less than 2 weeks. Excellent shop I will definitely come here whenever I need help with my car!

The Aurora auto Collission team did an excellent job fixing my front bumper and getting my car back on the road looking better than ever!Marie at the front desk always provided me with great customer service . She took care of all the insurance details throughout the whole processI making it hassle free.Sam the manager looked after the repairs and was always available to answer my questions regarding my car repairs I would highly recommend them for any auto body repair !
