We tried this location a few time but this last time WILL be the LAST time. I have serious food allergies and pepper makes me extremely sick. This last visit there had been a salt/pepper shaker that fell into the open cooler of food and you could see it in the green peppers clearly.They did not have any “clean” green peppers available. When I expressed that I have a serious allergy she did go and check but there wasn’t any in the cooler and was extremely rude.I said I was worried it was in the other vegetables. The employee continued to be ver rude and snapped at me that the rest of the vegetables have not been effected.So I went ahead and ordered my family subs so I didn’t have to cook when I made it home over 50 km away. Once home I was only able to take a few bites when I came across the pepper in my sub.I ended up extremely sick do to the cooler vegetables being completely contaminated and they were still serving it. I had an allergic reaction over a week, almost hospitalized.I have tried many times to get ahold of a manager to discuss this and they are never available. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Get your sub in the city!!The female employees at this location that work in the evening, are extremely rude every time we have been at this location. We have been there half a dozen times, every time it is the sameThey are more worry about answering their cell phones that are ringing from the back, than actually give any sort of customer service. They definitely need training in that skill.

Stopped through on a hockey trip with a bus. We were able to pre order and pick up was organized and quick. Subs were delicious and fresh.

Very strategic location.Offers Egg and Sausage English Muffin Sandwich. The tasty muffins are stacked with juicy sausage and egg, topped off with processed white cheddar cheese and toasted to perfection.Their menu list also had Black Forest Ham, Chicken & Bacon Ranch, Oven Roasted Chicken, Steak & Cheese, Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki, Tuna Salad and Turkey Breast.

I was very disappointed with the service I got from here yesterday morning. While trying to order my sub, the lady was on her airpods talking with someone. So I had to keep repeating what I wanted on my sub multiple times. I come to subway for fast service because I'm always on the go, unless the restaurant has a huge line up. I just want to be in and out. It took close to 12 mins to get my sub done... I was the only one in the store. So yes, I'm just disappointed with the service I got.

Apparently wiping a VISIBLY dirty knife covered in sauces and such off with a piece of paper that you wrap the subs in classifies as “sanitary” when there was a bucket of clean ones right behind the girl serving us. Not to mention the 2 crickets in the seating area. Almost left my subs on the counter and walked out. Absolutely disgusted. Won’t be returning for quite some time until your workers get some proper safe food handling training.

Absolutely rude and careless staff. I stop here on my way pretty much every time. Staff was not interested in making the sandwich properly. I was the only person in the store and I have no idea why she was rushing to make the order. Overall, I would definitely avoid this place again.
