Endless wait to get help with an incorrect installation. Finally got thru and spent 1.5 hrs to not solve my problem Still get about 1/3 of promised speed in parts of my house. Booster supplied but gosh not connected. My bill however they have no trouble with.

As a business owner I have had a month of frustration attempting to move my business into a new building. Telus says its not possible but I have pictures of the Telus system used by the previous tenant. I have 2 three year contracts for phone and internet. I just want this system hooked up!!

Terrible service. They parked in front of my driveway and house (90 feet of space) effectively blocking me out with no warning. When I confronted the crew I was told they were installing HD for my neighbours. No cars parked in front of their house or driveway. I had three children with me, two unable to walk which meant I had to park down the road and walk them up to my house.Definitely don't recommend doing any service with Telus.
