Championship Martial Arts - Holland

My daughter has been apart of CMA for over a year and we even did a trial class about three years ago. Ever since then my daughter has fallen in love with CMA and their team they are all very patient kind and caring people on & off of the mat!CMA hosts lots of fun events to keep the kids busy and active! My daughter has had a very big change, behaviorally and mentally since starting CMA’s taekwondo courses!She enjoys going to her classes she loves & trusts the CMA team and I have confidence that she is on the right path!

My son has loved his time at Championship Martial Arts. He started when he was 5 years old and has grown so much during his time there. Rather he’s attending class, black belt camp, or hosting his birthday party there. He has learned about being a leader at home and within his community. And of course a lot about self defense, as a parent that just brings so much peace of mind.After seeing the positive impact that my oldest has had from these amazing instructors we chose to enroll my youngest and he has loved coming and being able to follow in his brother’s footsteps in becoming a black belt.

We have loved Championship! The instructors are fantastic and care about the success of each student. The classes have lots of variety which keeps our 9 year old engaged and challenged. We highly recommend!

Championship Martial Arts is an amazing! The group of team members here take pride in what they do and their positivity radiates to the entire class. My children have gained confidence, respect, courtesy, and absolutely love going to class. It is such a great atmosphere and we're so happy to be a part of it!

Cma has been an amazing experience and I love it there. All the instructors are amazing and it's wild that i've been there for two years. I've learned so much and how to protect myself in a situation. Masters club has also been great, I made so many new friends and met so many new challenges and faced them head on just fine.-to the instructors of Cma, Bella samp.

Our seven year old has been attending for the past several months - I am very impressed by their genuine interest in the students that goes beyond their involvement in the program. They remembered my sons name from day one, they ask questions about school, siblings, favorite pets, weekend plans etc. There is always someone who greets the parents individually during the class and makes sure we have everything we need and that we don’t have any questions. The instructors are very friendly and kind and so good with kids, very patient and creative with how they lead each individual class based on their needs. They roll with the punches, and far from “cookie cutter”. They keep things interesting! They are good about recognizing achievements and hard work, which is wonderful because my son thrives with affirmation. I didn’t think he’d enjoy it as much as he does, but he is always so proud of the things he accomplishes in class, and he’s gained so much confidence! I would 100% recommend this for all children!

My family has had the pleasure of being a part of the Championship Martial Arts family for the past 2.5 years. We started off by enrolling just our son but immediately saw the value and benefits that it could provide to the rest of the family and all five of us were soon enrolled in the program. The martial arts skills and techniques are taught expertly. The classes are truly challenging (in a good way) for both mind and body, but the biggest reason we have loved being a part of CMA is the people. The instructors have that rare ability to motivate and encourage you to go beyond what you think you’re capable of while still making the experience fun and enjoyable. They take the time to get to know each of us by name and treat us like we’re visiting family instead of a business transaction. Class times are flexible with quite a few to choose from during the week. I love that our whole family can take classes together and class times can be moved to accommodate other sports and work events that come up. For the kids, I love how they focus not just on their behavior inside class but also how they are doing outside of class. One of my children struggled with fighting at school and I was impressed to see that he was talked to and that I had the option to choose to hold back his belt promotion until his behavior improved. We did hold his belt promotion back and since then, his school behavior has been phenomenal. We’ve seen a real change in respect he now shows both in class and outside of it. On a personal level, I would also like to commend the school on how they approach various drills and self-defense techniques that involve putting hands on another person in the class. Each class, without fail, where a drill comes up that could be seen as uncomfortable, the instructors make it clear that it is ok to say something and express a concern (even discretely) if you are uncomfortable. As a physical and sexual assault survivor, this is the aspect of the class I was most concerned with. Due to the professionalism and care the instructors take when guiding the class, it’s never been an issue for me, and I have felt comfortable the entire time. All in all, I can’t say enough good things about this school. You will absolutely not regret your decision to be a part of this martial arts family.

My family loves Championship Martial Arts. They have been so great to us. The instructors are all patient and kind. They really care about the kids. Birthday parties at CMA the last two years for my son has been super awesome. Great place ran by great people.

Our son Kairo gets so excited to come to classes everytime. He can't wait for the next graduation belt. He tells us he wants the next belt. Our little man sets goals of what he wants to accomplish. We are so proud of our son.

My son has loved Championship Martial Arts! He is not a team sport kind of kid, and this has totally boosted his confidence, coordination and interpersonal skills. The teachers are fantastic and really empower students to be the best they can be, not just as a martial artist but as a person as well.
