Carina and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. She has a special talent for taking passport photos with children that look great.

I was very sick with Covid and I am immunocompromised. I phoned around looking for Paxlovid. When I reached the pharmacist here, whose name I failed to recall, I received excellent care.She went over my existing meds very carefully and warned me of the risks with each one and told me how to manage them. She called me when the Rx was ready and much to my surprise she called me two days later to make sure that it was helping to monitor for any side effects or drug interactions.It seemed well above and beyond and I am extremely impressed and grateful for her help.

It’s true, since Jason (previous pharmacy owner) left this pharmacy has gone downhill. Very very quickly. Today my doctor sent in a script. I called to see when ready. They said hours later, called again hours later, then was told 20 min. Then 20 min passed and called again and was told another 20 etc…. This is common practice. Also, there is always a line and customers are typically ignored. I’m sitting here waiting for a my script that is ready, but there are are many people in front of me also waiting. Just completely disappointing that this team just can’t get it together.

Pharmacy management sucks! The workers are nice but the pharmacy is completely under staffed and called me 6 hours after they received my fax to tell me they didn’t have the medicine. My poor mother waiting in line for 45 minutes just to pick up one of prescriptions. The employees were very kind and were working hard to serve everyone but they need to schedule more staff and stock their inventory! Shame on management will most definitely not be back.

Went to get a passport photo taken. Lady just left and said it will be ready in 10 minutes and didn't come back. Had to get it from the cashier 30 minutes later. Also, the photo was rejected by the passport office. Great post office though <3. also yummy foods

recently moved and needed to transfer persecutions from another location to this one, person who picked up the phone was incredibly rude, treated me like I just inconvenienced her entire life, and cut me off every time I tried to answer her question. She kept trying to look me up in her system despite me telling her several times that I'm not there because I'm a new client. I have never experienced so much disrespect in a matter of 10 minutes at most. I should have read all of the 1 star reviews before even contacting them. 0 stars if it was possible.I know for sure that this location is the issue, because I called a different location asked for the same exact service, they took care of me in 15 minutes, going to pick up my refill now :)

The pharmacy department is extremely understaffed. My doctor has faxed my medication to them 3 times and every time I come in I've been told they haven't received anything. My doctor finally called them and I got an email from her that said the medication is ready so I went after work to pick it up (5 hours later) and guess what? It still wasn't ready. This is absolutely rediculous. I saw all the negative reviews over the past few months but the management has done nothing to solve the issue or hire more staff to help.

I had left a negative review months ago, but I've chosen to edit that review now as the services have improved notably, at least from my own experience. I can see that the staff are attempting to improve their practices of dispensing medications on time etc...and I have appreciated it. I will return to re-evaluate their services again, but I am being hopeful and am giving the staff the benefit of the doubt -- as all human beings deserve!

Went in to purchase toilet paper but it was scanning at regular price instead of the sale price that was shown on the sticker on the shelf. The manager said that he can’t honour the price because the sale starts the next day. I don’t understand why the manager cannot match the price when it’s clearly incorrect. I knew lablows was stingy but this is just out of hand. The extra few dollars doesn’t come out of their pay cheque.

The employees (including the manager) taking charge of the Passport photoshoot show no knowledge, patience or respect for kids. Definitely a No Go if you want a decent passport photo for your children. They charge $28 per take. With this money, you can find a better place for passport photo taking.I brought my kid here to take a passport photo. Totally disappointed. The employee printed out the pictures even though it’s shown that my child’s eyes were not looking forward. I talked with the employee, and she said it’s OK that people’s eyes look on one side. I asked her to try to take another time. Initially, she said she’d spend no extra time on kids. She also said no other centre would take kids' photos for this reason. I persuaded her. Eventually, she gave it another try, with no patience or skills to gain my child’s attention. When my child was posting well, she didn’t take. When my child started to get frustrated, she showed even more frustration. My child burst into tears. To this point, I had to talk with her and ask to talk with her manager.To my surprise, manager literally said they couldn’t give extra time to children (not even a bit) for photo taking.If you can’t be nice with kids or bother to learn how to encourage kids to cooperate for photo-shot. Please DO say so in front and tell people you don’t do kids photo shoots!
