Myself and my children had a great experience with Dr. Lui. She is a very gentle, kind dentist who is also very professional. Her staff are all great, very friendly. The office is very welcoming from the moment you enter the front door. Can't go wrong with a great dentist, great staff and clean office!

Dr. Lui has been my dentist for years, and she and her team are great. I recently needed some work done on my teeth but had a small window of time for it to be done. Dr Joyce and her team are a pleasure to visit!I’ve changed and tried many dentists and have been very dissatisfied in the past, errors made etc. But that worry is non-existent with Dr Lui.Best to take the best care of your one set of teeth! I came to Dr.Joyce Lui's office based on all the positive reviews they already had. Now I know why! :) I was nervous because of past experiences with other dentists, but everyone there was SO kind and professional. Not only did they fix all of my immediate problems but, she also came up with a cost effective solution for my cosmetic concerns.Dr. Lui and her team literally gave me the smile I have wanted for over 15 years! Unbelievable difference, and I can't thank them enough. I'm so happy with everyone there that I switched my whole family to her office.

Yesterday was my husband and my very first visit to Dr.Joyce Lui's office. We were welcomed by Kim the Hygenist and she was so very sweet and so kind. She made us feel at ease from the very first moment we walked in. Kim is thorough, and so, so gentle. My teeth felt amazing when she was finished. She couldn't have been more lovely! Then we met Dr.Joyce Lui and she was just as wonderful. A very caring dentist who made us feel welcome and took wonderful care of our teeth. We didn't feel like just another number or just another patient with her. She took her time and explained everything to us along the way. This was truly my most favourite dentist experience in my entire life. And Cassandra the receptionist was equally so helpful, kind, accommodating and just one of the sweetest people. The COVID 19 safety protocols that they have in place made us feel very comfortable and very safe. I would highly recommend this Dental office to anyone in the Haldimand region. You are in good hands with Dr.Lui and her entire team!

If you are looking for the best dentist, then you must visit Dr Lui. My Children (now 11 and 13 years old) and I have been here for over 10 years. We live in Ancaster and have no problems driving to Caledonia for Dr Lui. Dr Lui and her staff are very professional, patient and friendly. Everyone there always takes excellent care of us. It is a calming, spotless and a family boutique environment. Her schedule is so accommodating and Dr Lui and her staff make us feel so safe and relaxed each and every time. My Kids and I strongly recommend her and promise you will be taken care of.

This office is absolutely covid crazy. You will never see me back here again.They are still covid screening like it's 2020, they won't even let you go in for your appointment if your nose is runny.I am switching to another dentist and I'll never go here again

The entire team is great here. Doctor Lui is confident, efficient and kind. She made me feel quite at ease and was great with my anxiety. Her hygienist is also very kind and reassuring. Even her receptionist is kind and efficient. They care to put you at ease regardless of your worry or experience. They are even mindful of coverage. I'm so glad my boyfriend had found this dentist after moving to Caledonia a couple years ago, now our family goes here.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Dr. Joyce Lui, and I highly recommend her dental practice. I went in for a regular cleaning this week, but Dr. Lui discovered a hidden cavity that I hadn't even realized was there because it wasn't causing me any pain. She took the extra time to remove the cavity and complete my cleaning, and it was through the use of x-rays that she was able to identify the issue before it became a more serious problem.Dr. Lui is not only incredibly skilled and attentive, but she is also very kind and welcoming. Her office is beautiful, and I felt completely comfortable throughout my entire visit.
