This shop is great for people looking for a trust worthy mechanic. My point of contact was Gabriel, I believe the owner. He was extremely helpful. I brought my vehicle in for an ac inspection after it stopped working. We both suspected it was the compressor, so rather then charging me for a full inspection (only $120) which I was prepared to pay he saved me some money my only charging for the work that was done. Will most likely be returning for service in the future.

The gang at straight line auto surpassed my expectations in every way. Excellent customer service by Haddy, Gabe and the whole crew working on my car. Brought my Audi in to change the brake pads and it was done the next day. Thanks again, Straightline!

I was driving Tour Bus and in Niagara on the lake , I couldn’t close the rear doorI had to drive with the door open with the Passengers and since it’s Sunday. Moste garages were closedI google and found straight line and it said that they openI called and explain my situation and they asked me to bring it in will try to helpAs soon as got in. Even though they were busy , they looked in to my problem right a way. Gabriel is excellent. His honestyThey could have easily ripped me off , given the emmergency situation but all what they charged me 20 dollarsI highly recommend this placeThank you from the Bottom of my heart for this great service

My partner and I were stuck in Niagara because there was a huge leak in the break line of our car. We called this shop which was very close to our hotel and they were able to take it in right away and only took 1.5 hrs to fix. Gabriel is extremely nice and helpful and gave us a fair price. I totally recommend!

It was such a relief to find an auto mechanic shop open on a Sunday. Our battery was about to die and we were fortunate enough to find this shop.My very first impression was the reception over the phone. The guy was professional and accommodating. After arriving at the shop. Everyone was friendly, I also observed the professional way in which they ran their business.Unfortunately the bolts in the battery were all sized, however I was impressed with the head mechanic and the staff, they work diligently to remove the bolts. Some bolts needed to be cut off. I am grateful for walking into this shop.From today this will be my mechanic shop.
