We first heard about Pauline Blacoe and Shine travel from a Couples customer driven website where people from Canada were raving about her and her ability to book amazing holidays . We contacted her just asking questions initially but have been a customer for the past year! Although our trip had to be cancelled and rebooked (a party of 8 so no easy feat!) and yet Pauline did not once complain about all the extra work on her end, she just wanted us to be happy with our accommodations once we arrived! I know she has won many awards for her exceptional work in the industry, and am personally very thankful for her patience as we had to bow to Covid restrictions. Now we are booked again! She helped us find an amazing deal at the time we wanted to go, she got us booked into club MoBay and requested a room for us at the resort we love.Our deal we had booked promised a resort credit. When we arrived the resort did not have record of the resort credit and when they investigated they said it was less than it was suppose to be.
