NAPA AUTOPRO - G.T. Automotive

I brought my Honda here for the first and only time a few weeks ago. I found the employees to be unwelcoming and a man was disrespectful in the way he spoke to me. I guess wearing makeup and shorts to this place is not a good idea! They spoke to me as if I knew nothing about vehicles. To top it off, they said the problem with my AC was that it was low on freon. This did not fix the problem at all. I brought my car to a more knowledgeable mechanic and I was told the AC condenser was no longer attached and that it was quite obvious. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and money on this place, especially if you are a good looking young woman!!!

Had my exhaust done here a long time ago, they did a bang up job will definitely go back.

Had them do new headers and exhaust. Headers were leaking and they refused to fix it (try a better gasket), Exhaust was hitting in multiple spots (torsion bars and leaf spring). Had to pay a different shop to fix their mistakes/sloppy work as it wouldn't pass safety.They also dropped one of the spark plugs and replaced with a new one. Not only did they charge me for it, they put the wrong plug in. NGK V-Power vs. Champion Copper (they replaced with).I won't be back.

I am an Automotive teacher at Algonquin, and cars are in my blood. Gary and his team do all my custom exhaust work. They just finished my old Suburban, and I can tell you the work was top notch! They tag team on exhaust! I have never seen this before and it makes awesome work. True car people! Thanks again Gary for another great job and a great price!!
