I'm a regular customer here and I've always loved this business. Let me tell you, my family and I have covid and I was running really low on all of our immune boosting supplements needed to fight this thing off, i called the store half hour before they closed and explained my situation, they were so so kind to drop it off at my doorstep. So happy we have this awesome business in the Amberlea community. They genuinely care and always have helpful advice.

My first visit to this place and I knew that I have come to a real" health store. Every product in this store was all natural no secret ingredients. I didn't know what I wanted and after spending 20 minutes walking around and asking what every product was and what it was good for (probably a bit annoying). However my every question was understood and answered with the most sincere responses

They educate me when I am unsure about something and they offer a wide variety of products as well as services such as yoga, meditation, massage etc...I would highly recommend!

I love this store. Everyone is so helpful, and they have a wonderful points program. I went in when I had an awful painful sore in my mouth. One of the ladies suggested oregano oil and explained how to use it. After a week of this sore growing and growing I tried the oregano oil and it has gone away dramatically within 3 days. Thanks so much!
