I’ve been using North Cleaning Services for almost a year now and they are WONDERFUL. I have had a couple different cleaners and each other have provided perfect cleanings, are friendly, respectful, and very trustworthy. They have always been flexible and accommodating when my schedule changes or if I have a special request. I continued to use them since the COVID-19 outbreak and they have meticulously followed proper protocol, making me feel very safe. I highly recommend.

Every time North Cleaning Services has left my premises, I feel like I could cry. They do such a great job, my place feels like a high-end hotel room. That they come in frees me up to do the things I love to do. I especially love that there is strong communication between us - feedback goes both ways. They are fantastic!

We use North Cleaning at our two vacation rentals and at our corporate office in Toronto. Great price and service. They typically send the same cleaners week after week for our office / properties. The ladies have been lovely. Friendly, efficient and they always proceed with common sense. Keep up the good job.

I wasn’t happy with North Cleaning I have given them three chances and fired them.I don't know what you are talking about because I never got no email from your offices.Like I say to you the last time when we spoke on the phone I wasn't happy with the cleaning that was done in my home.The lady didn't clean for 4 hours and left without saying good bye and you change me for four hours $167.24. Also she didn't clean behind the doors, behind the scene, and toilet in the bathroom, didn't take out the rugs when moping and the list go on . At the end I have giving you three changes and wasn't happy with the services.

Our home required a deep clean after going through a full renovation. There was construction dust everywhere! Susan did a spectacular job coordinating the cleaning, making sure each floor had its own dedicated person to be as efficient as possible. The house looked amazing when they were finished. I would highly recommend their services.
