What can I say; We had a bit of a miscommunication and some work was done that wasn’t authorized. Although we did get off to a bit of a rough start, Bren really came through for me. Sometimes things happen and what really matters is what is done to fix it. I would rather have a company that owns up to it's mistakes and fixes them top notch then a mediocre service provider that doesn’t stand by or have pride in his work. All in all 4.5 out of 5. I am pleased and would recommend to a friend. Thank you again for making it right!!!

We want to express our thanks to Bren and his amazing team of hard working staff at MetroGutter for the amazing job they did removing and replacing our gutters (with shields) on our home. The entire experience was extremely positive--the quote process, selection of gutter options/colours, and the excellent team who carried out the physical work. Our project required two days to complete. The work site was left clean at the end of both days. We thoroughly appreciated the polite professional teamwork exhibited by all the MetroGutter staff. Great service. Guys came in and didn't waste a beat getting to work and checking out my gutters/eaves troughing. Although the base price may feel a little steep, I prefer to have peace of mind.Fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. What more could you ask for?

The guys came in and just went at it, very quick. Great to deal with and very professional. Cleaned everything up when they where done. Couldn't be more pleased. There where a few bumps at first but with everything thats been going on lately there bound to be.

I was quoted 114+ tax for gutter cleaning and 370(approx) for leaf guard install. when i called in to book service call just for gutter cleaning the quote was updated to CAD250 from backend

The guys removed the old/decrepit gutters and installed a new gutter system. They were efficient and skilled throughout, checking in as needed for a couple of consults. At those times, they explained the choices clearly and gave their recommendations with rationale. I am very pleased with the outcome! Great guys, friendly and helpful. They did a thorough cleanup and even fixed a saggy soffit along the way.

Very long wait time to get a leaky gutter fixed (several months). They eventually came to change the gutter and it did not fix the problem at all (new gutter was still leaking at the same place as before). Tried getting in touch with them after the fact and keep being told they will come next week to take a look at it. This was over a month ago.

We had a repair that needed to be done. Last year a storm took one of our gutters almost half off the house. MetroGutter fixed it quickly and professionally. I know it was just a small job, but the professionalism and quality of work showed that they treat every job the same, no job too big or too small. Thanks MetroGutter!
