A horrible experience…We bought an AC from them a couple of years ago. They were supposed to routinely do the maintenance and cleaning. Yet they are not responsive and did not either check or clean the system as they were supposed to…I don’t recommend them at all.

**** caution DO NOT buy from them ****This is just wasting your time and time. The air condition works less than a year and they do care about the customers. The worst distributor in Canada by far.

He installed the AC 3 years ago. After one year, there was a leak and the Chinese guys came to put gas. They charged us. Again this year, the AC broke down. They charged us to fix it but it never works. Now, they refused to come. When we called, he hung up. Don't ask to install your AC. They give a cheaper price but not quality. They can not even speak english or french. This Chinese company and their Chinese workers are fraudsters. Stay away!

Paid a steep price to get a commercial AC repaired only for it not to function correctly. When we called to ask about it the staff member said they'd come to check it out ONLY IF THEY HAVE TIME".Very unprofessional.I definitely do not recommend using this company."

I am completely appalled by the service my senior mother received from this company. They installed a clearly defective AC that she had to get repaired every summer and now they stopped answering her phone calls. When she called in the past, they hung up on her face and refused to service her. She paid 180$ for every additional visit after the initial installation and they never repaired the issue. DO NOT trust this company, they’re fraudulent!!!

can not get any worse than this.they sold me a split unit 3 years a go for close to $2500. last year it broke down they charged me $600 to Chang the out side unit. this winter the heater do not work . the photo explain itselfwhen i call them the owner which is chinos said to me do not use it in the winter time and hang up on my .i will take them to small claim court.

Don't expect high quality job, waste of money with this Chinese company, they pretend they don't understand you and they do whatever they want...

I am very disappointed with the service provided by C&D HVACR Distributor. I recently purchased an air conditioning unit from them for over $5000, expecting quality service and product. Unfortunately, this was not the case.Just a few days after installation, the unit stopped functioning properly. What's more, there was an issue with the electrical connections, which posed a potential fire hazard to my home. This is unacceptable for a product of this price range and from a company that claims to specialize in this area.I reached out to their customer service multiple times to get the issue addressed. However, the response I received was far from satisfactory. On multiple occasions, I was met with either no response or an unhelpful and rudely delivered one. For a company in a service-based industry, this lack of customer care is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of professional responsibility.I am sharing my experience here to make others aware of what they might encounter with C&D HVACR Distributor. I expected quality, safety, and professionalism from this company, but unfortunately, all these expectations were left unmet.

Steep price for BAD services.Weren't able to fix the freezers and refuses to pick up our calls. They even blocked our number.If I could give 0 stars I would.Most unprofessional company I've encountered.DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL COST.
