Very disappointed in the tripple mix soil. Nothing grows in it! When I approached the owner about the quality, he asked why I bothered coming back. I know 2 other families (not related or in our area) that have the same issue with their gardens this year after purchasing this soil. The lady that works there is lovely, but the man is rude and condescending. I'd rather pay more and not be made to feel like an idiot or an inconvenience.

In reference to my mother's review about the dead tree purchased in memory of my father, when we checked out last year purchasing over $280 worth of products from your location, I asked about warranty on the tree. We were told that if it didn't survive it would be replaced. I would have never let my mother spend over $100. on a tree that would not be warrantied. I specifically asked at the checkout. Also, you were supposed to call me back regarding what you found out and you didn't even bother to call. You can deny it as new owners however, these are the facts. We will not be shopping at your location any more. Very disappointed in your response and your lack of customer service.Since I cannot reply to your reply, I told you on the phone that my mother ...who is 82 years old could not locate her receipt as she recently moved. I also mentioned that she was able to locate the credit card statement displaying the date and the amount of the purchase. You were going to check with someone there to see if this would be acceptable. NOBODY CALLED ME BACK. The disappointment is a total failure of Customer Service. It is not just that you wouldn't replace the tree....it is the fact that you did NOT call back like you said you would to see how we could work this out. My review remains the same....1 STAR.

Wonderful young couple own and operate this great gem of a garden centre with all your gardening, landscape and hardscape needs. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Cannot wait till spring to shop there again!!

We purchased their triple mix and a lot of vegetables and flowers and everything is growing amazing. Thank you to the new owners and staff for doing such an awesome job with their first year.

I purchased a beautiful tree after my husband died and planted it exactly as we were told. This year after the winter it was dead. I was so disappointed because it was a special gift to my daughter and her husband as a memory of my husband and I spending time there. The nursery was sold this year . No one mentioned warrantees will not be honoured.

An incredible selection of annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs and herbs. I always find something unique here! The staff is anyways friendly and they have cute giftware as well.

Extremely helpful staff. I get everything here. Last year we got many loads of wood shavings and florals as well as herbs and shrubs. The best place for every gardeners needs. 10 stars.
