Absolutely wonderful service here. The staff went above and beyond when helping me buy my first bow and all the gear that comes with it. They were extremely patient with the flood of questions I had and gave explanations that were easy to understand for someone who's only experience comes from what they've been able to read. As someone new to the hobby, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone else in my shoes and will be gladly making the hour and a half trip back whenever I need anything.

I scheduled a learning archery class through your business with Sherry Rowland for my sibling group of 8 on August 17th. I want to tell you about the amazing experience we had that day. It started with the proper safety rules of the range and the handling of the archery bows as well as the safety signals. Both Pat and Sherry provided excellent step by step instruction on how to use the proper stance and the handling of the equipment. But more importantly, they provided such an entertaining and memorable time for our family. They repeatedly talked about it over dinner and then into the evening about what a treasure this was for us. Thank you again for the top notch service.

I love this place. 5+yrs ago, I wanted to take up archery. We bought the accessories, and started saving for the bow. Then I got pregnant. Years went by, and I now finally have the time to pick up where I left off. Went back to the Nook, and the staff member who helped me last time? STILL working there, that's a great sign, staff retention is hard.Another gentleman helped me this time, and he was equally knowledgeable, helpful, and all around nice person....just as the first one was!I got my bow, target, stringer, and a few more arrows. Went out and shot a bullseye on my 3rd shot.The Archer's Nook is an amazing place for newbies to masters. Their customer service is top tier, and their amenities are many. Do yourself a favour, drop in. You'll be well served.

Wanted to switch to carbon arrows, and someone recommended The Nook. A most excellent recommendation! I live in timmins, and can’t travel to London anytime soon, so everything was done over the phone. Justin was the name of the individual that helped me. Amazing guy! He didn’t rush things, and took the time to help me choose the best arrows for my purposes. I was also debating purchasing a new bow. Again Justin patiently walked me through the choices available, keeping my budget, level of experience, and uses in mind. Not once did he try to pressure me into a bigger purchase. They shipped both the arrows and bow shortly after tuning it, and it arrived in Timmins promptly. The bow was so well tuned out of the box, that I barely have anything to do to dial things in. An excellent experience that leads me to recommend The Nook to any and all needing anything archery related.

Super friendly service and very helpful advice. Went in there today for the first time and as a first time hunter the gentleman was very eager and happy to show me the basics of how to use my crossbow on their great, well maintained in house range. 10/10 would recommend this business to anyone.

As a first time crossbow buyer I had many amateur questions; the entire team engaged me in low stress in depth education on everything from A to Z. We spent over 3 hrs with no pressure or upsell tactics. Got to try multiple crossbows before making a decision. The store is well organized, the team definitely has a passion for everything bow related, the prices are competitive... if you are in the market for a bow, crossbow or related accessories you can't go wrong at the Archer's Nook.

I've purchased a V3X from here, and I come frequently for my arrows and bow gear. They have a great selection of Excalibur gear and I find their prices the lowest in the area for a lot of items. They have a good selection of hunting gear too. Indoor range, experienced staff.I'm a novice, new to the compound bow and archery in general... when I need work done or have a question, this is where I come. Out of 3 bow shops in my range, this one has the greatest balance of knowledge and personal shopping experience... there is a couple old dudes that hang out in the back and they have a shop dog... I just feel a little more comfortable coming into a place like this to browse-shop and ask questions.Parking is a bit tricky, you might want to park at the grocery store in the plaza next door-you'll probably end up closer to the front door.
